*** (and his trainee ******) did a fantastic job showing up on time, effectively and efficiently diagnosing the issue with my AC system, and explaining the necessary repairs. It ended up being much less expensive than we were anticipating. Highly recommend!

5 starsAt the end of an already problematic day, I came home to find water coming in through my ceiling at an alarming rate. I crawled into the spider-infested hellhole of my attic and found the drip tray under my AC condenser overflowing. With it being late in the day, my wife and I immediately thought of the Morris-Jenkins ads and called right away. Within 15 minutes, ****** ******* gave us a call letting us know help was inbound and another 15 minutes he was checking our system from top to bottom. He cleared our blocked drain line, evacuated the floodwaters, checked the system and gave us advice on next steps to keep our system running smoothly so that our little girl could sleep comfortably. We're glad to have Morris-Jenkins as our backup as first time home owners and they'll be our first call from here on out. Thanks to ****** for rapid, friendly service and taking the initiative to help a couple of tired parents breathe a sigh of relief knowing we won't have to face a ************** summer hamstrung by a hobbled HVAC system. Our technician, ****** ***, was prompt, professional, personal, and had a great sense of humor. He treated our home and the job as if it was his own. He also took the time to answer our questions and educate us as to how to best prevent further plumbing issues regarding our repair and replacement. Im easy to please, but hard to impress. 5 starsAs soon as Mr. ******* entered the house, the aura changed. We forgot that we had been without air conditioning for several days. He checked everything, gave an estimate and helped with the documents. We signed up for a membership. Thank you very much. PS : For many years I have not seen a master come and be in such a clean uniform. I felt sorry for his white shirt.I also, want to add , that the dispatcher who spoke to us on the phone was very polite and had a kind voice. Thank you so much.
