      We returned home about 7:30 one evening and the house was feeling a little muggy so we turned the ** on. It wasnt working so we called Morris Jenkins and they arrived 45 min later. We were very impressed by that and the technician, ****** was awesome. After just a few minutes he diagnosed the problem. It was the thermostat and since it was still under warranty he offered to replace it with the same kind or if we preferred he would exchange it for a different brand which was more expensive but at no additional cost to us. We chose the different brand and the next morning ****** came out and installed it for us. We were very impressed but the professionalism of both these technicians.

      *********************** was extremely professional and courteous upon entering the residence to discussing next steps to resolve my water heater/plumbing issue. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend!

      This the best company, My unit was not coming on called *******************************, they sent ***** out right away. Found the problem was with my electric box. Scheduled an appointment with *********************** and ******************* they gave superior service and explained everything that was done in detail, wish I could give you all 10 stars. Thanks for an excellent job !!!

      Plumbing technician **** arrived on time for an appointment to resolve a leaking hose bib. He determined that the bib required rebuilding as opposed to being replaced and proceeded to do so. He was professional, personable,pleasant, and proficient. Exemplified the level of service that I have come to associate with Morris-Jenkins. Outstanding service.

      *************************** from Morris Jenkins came out today and helped us with a plumbing issue. He is another fine example of the customer service provided by the company. ******* (****) was on time, super polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He was able to diagnose the issue and repair it on the spot. He was efficient and cognizant of cost and of our concern for aesthetics. I have always felt that MJ employees are a level above all others. **** certainly lived up to my expectations! I can honestly say that if we need plumbing repairs in future, we would hope to have him assigned as **************.

      I can't even to begin in expressing how happy I am with Morris-Jenkins. *************************** is one of the finest employees that you have !!! He is personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I so appreciate professionals who are down to earth yet get the job done ...doing it right the first time....It's employees like him that keep me happy with Morris-Jenkins. *************************
