    Jake Wentz from One Hour Air Conditioning and Air was here this AM to check our Heat malfunction in our Brand New Heating System! Showed up right on time, Jake kept us well informed on what he was doing and how the system works and checking to be sure it doesn't happen again. Very very satisfied, great customer service. Jake has the best personality and knows his job well. Went above and beyond and reversed one of our air registers. System is now working, toasty warm!! Thanks So Much Jake!!

    Fromt the first call to the technecian leaving the house everything went great: responsive, on time, professional, knowledgeable, couretsous, etc.. Based on my experiences with this company which includes: systems inspections, service calls, and a full system replacement for downstairs, this is **************** you want to working on your home HVAC systems.
