  ***** just completed the semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC system. Hes been here several times. He is a polite and excellent technician. He works neatly and efficiently. And, weve had good experience with One Hours other technicians.Our current maintenance contract is expiring. ***** clearly explained the new service plans available. I signed up again but, this time for a multi year plan because Ive been very pleased with the onsite service and the consistency and reliability of the office and scheduling staff. I think that One Hour Heating And Air Conditioning plans provide a very good value.

  ***** came out on a Sunday morning to help me because our brand-new system was not working when I switched to the heat. He thought he had the problem fixed. He left me with his card and cell number and told me to call him if I had any more issues, but as soon as he left it stopped working again. I called him back and he came right back, looked at the previous notes on the account and called the supervisor for advice. He let me know that he and another technician would need to return on Monday because the problem required a piece. He set the system on emergency heat before he left. He and *** showed up first thing on Monday morning just as they said they would. They worked on the system and got it going and so far, so good. ***** was polite and was willing to answer any questions that I had. Extremely nice man and tolerated my dogs which acted like beasts the entire time he was in the house.
