    We have been with ONE Hour HVAC for close to, if not more than 20 years. They have always been very professional and courteous without being "stiff shirts". Their technicians are well trained, get to the problem and solve it quickly (provided they have the parts in their truck) and they are very thorough when they come to perform the two seasonal maintenance checks.We trust them enough so that when the two original units (which were builder grade unit) failed during the hottest part of the summer 2 years ago, we called them to discuss options for replacements. They sat with us and explained what the available options were, each options pros and cons, and and gave us a reasonable price to replace the 2 units, explaining how too get any available rebates AND gave us credit towards the new units for recent repairs they had recently performed on one unit prior to the unit failing completely. I would not hesitate to give them an excellent rating/recommendation.

    As the owner of a small business, I have the utmost respect for customer service. One Hour Air did a great job communicating with me and got us up and running with our new system quickly. A few days in we had a minor issue, and they came out immediately, resolved the issue, and gave me a better understanding of the system and how to get the best performance out of it. Highly recommended!!!
