    We had an issue with our havac sysem and One Hour was there that very day. Their technician did a check everywhere, found the issue, did what he had to do so that our home's ac was back to normal. We have been with this company since we moved into our home 7 years ago and they have always served us well. Thank you One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for taking care of us and our home all these years.The ******* family

    Pasco County Tech ***** came on a Saturday for 6 month maintenance. Was very thorough in doing so. What I appreciated most was when he was finished he asked if there was anything that he needed to look at. I explained that since the thermostat was moved from hallway to living room, I now have hot spots and wished the thermostat could go back in the hallway as when it was here the house was perfect. He contacted his boss, discussed what to do and took care of it right then and there. In closing he went above and beyond to insure my family stays comfortable and satisfied with this company. Thank you ***** for all you have done for us.

    ********, was excellent. Efficient, professional & kind. No nonsense and delivered what I needed, as my air conditioning is working now. In addition, I purchased at a reasonable price, an annual maintenance service program to ensure my HVAC systems are working well and ready for the 2 major seasons. The guy knows what he is talking and doing. All I can say is thank you very much, ********. Keep up your work ethic of striving for excellence.
