I liked the cleanliness, the staff and the physical condition of the property. Also, probably the most convenient location of ANY extended stay motels I've ever been to. Would definitely recommend your Hotel!!Extended Stay America

We ended up staying about four months and and during this time all the staff made us feel at home, I thank ***** Bill, ******* and others for making this time a pleasant time. God bless you allExtended Stay America

I thought this room was pretty expensive for what it was. I stayed one night, myself and my dog. The first room we went to smelled like a dirty ashtray, even though it was non-smoking. The front desk gave me no problem when I brought this up and quickly switched me to a different room. No issues with the staff themselves. The second room, while not stinking of cigarettes, was very dirty. The sheets and blankets had multiple stains. The towels were small and had a weird odor. There was no toilet paper in the room. For over $150 I think having a clean room with toilet paper isn't asking much. Finally, the hotel is pet friendly, but there wasn't much area to allow my dog to relieve herself. We got in after it already started to get dark and pretty much all I could find were some patches of mulch with bushes. In the morning, I was able to find a walking path that led to some grass, but it was a long and sketchy path that I certainly wouldn't have taken at night. Also some people have mentioned this place is quiet. I don't think it was, I heard many people speaking obnoxiously loud in the hallways after midnight. And the person above me got up at 4am and just continuously walked around their room. This was a Tuesday too, not even a weekend where you'd have to expect some late night noise.Extended Stay America

We had to find a hotel quickly! We booked a different hotel, was treated poorly, and hotel was disgusting! We called extend stay america, they got us 2 rooms, very fast, price was actually a few dollars cheaper than wat we paid at other place, hotel was clean, staff was very nice n even apologized for the other hotels mis steps. Was overall great, so happy with our stay, if I go back to ************, we will stay there again! Thank u so much for turning a disastrous start to our trip, a great stay!!Extended Stay America

Nice and clean room. Only thing I didnt like was I was forced to get a two queen bed instead of 1 king bed originally because I had my sister and niece over just to go swimming? It was just going to be me and my 2 kids in the king bed. The guy infront said that the fire department would have to come shut down the hotel because there was 5 of us in room but only 3 of us sleeping there so I didnt get that at all thought that was very oddExtended Stay America

The room smelled horrible. We were nauseous the entire night. We were not able to switch rooms and be close to the other room we reserved which was important to be close to each other. Hotel was over booked and 1 of our rooms got pushed to waiting list, but clerk was super helpful in working it out. Other than these 2 things it was ok. Still nauseous from it but I'm ok. Poor customer service with no room service...you have to pay extra for that. No bathroom amenities...no coffee maker...no cups...nothing...would never stay in this brand hotel again.Extended Stay America
