The associates were great. They were friendly. They were helpful. They listened well, meaning they didn't interrupt, and they seemed interested in what you had to ask or say.

Staff very un attentive, mold was painted over, weed smell very bad, screwed me out of a nights stay after i tried calling 6-8 times to cancel the rest of my stay. Will not be staying at another one ever.Extended Stay America

Great staff and value! We were traveling from **** and the weather got really bad so we needed a place to get a few hours of rest and wait out the storm. We were so blessed that ***** was working that night. She was so attentive to our needs and made us feel welcomed. We loved *****! We were missing a few amenities in our room but ***** quickly got us everything we needed and later she checked in on us. She even recommended where to grab a quick dinner and that was great too. Thanks *****, it's hard to find people in customer service that care and you went above and beyond!Extended Stay America

The receptionist was very helpful welcoming. And at the last moment, we got a room that we enjoyed very much. The amenities were awesome. They provided pots and pans plates and we cook dinner that night we stayed.Extended Stay America

I did not like my stay at all whatsoever. Room was infested with bugs crawling out the air conditioner, carpet, bed, bathroom. I immediately asked for a refund. Was not pleased with the stadium of this room for myself or my family.Extended Stay America

Infested with with fleas, roaches 3rd floor smell of embalming fluid. Front desk staff **** , *** will discuss every detail of everyone life staying at the hotel. select suite member for over 6 years by far the worst experience Ive ever had not to mention amount of ******** one needs to consume while staying for 2 weeks to stop the daily itching from as front desk called it Fruit Flys Maintenance was in hazmat suits to clean and drill holes in each room to run out the infestation of bugs.. Horrible experience!!Extended Stay America

We stayed one night. Check-in/check-out was fine. The desk people were friendly, business like, and efficient. The room was clean but it felt tired and worn. We picked this property because it had a kitchenette and we needed that space. It wasn't much larger than a regular hotel room so it was disappointing in that respect, but we made it work for the night. It was a fine place to stay for the price.Room/Visit Comments: Some updates had been done such as a newer television, a nicer desk chair, and an updated thermostat. The closet had no door (on purpose?). The ironing board was missing a foot guard so it wobbled. The counter in the kitchenette had scars, the cover for the overhead light in the kitchenette was missing, the light over the stove didn't work, the bathroom sink leaked, and there was only a bar of soap and plastic cups as bathroom amenities (no mini shampoo). The toilet was newer. The bed was nice although there were only 3 pillows (usually there are 4). It was great that the windows opened for some fresh air although it was only a couple inches. We only opened one of the windows because the other one was missing the screen. It was pretty quiet so there was no problem sleeping through the night even with the window cracked open. The internet was free, easy to log into, and had a consistent signal. We did not see a grab-n-go breakfast but maybe 7:30AM was too early.Extended Stay America
