Extended stay motels are thieves. Charge for cancellation when moving from one extended stay to another.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The kitchen with everything to cook meals makes life so much easier and a definite plus. The Location with lots of amenities,and clean rooms is definite perk. I think what I liked the most was the guys running the front desk; always going above and beyond to make your stay as smooth as possible! **************** is top notch!Extended Stay America

I love that the hotel was around a lot of stores, restaurants and gas stations.. I love that there is a kitchen in there. The room is big enough for my family of 4! my only thing is the the vent in the bathroom, when you turn the lights on in there its so loud. .. the room had a really bad animal like smell so we had to get some candles to get rid of the smell! Staff has been great so far except when we had to check in the first day it wasnt a really warm welcome from one of the staffExtended Stay America

Absolutely terrifying. Front desk staff were not friendly, generally discontent, and the room was awful. We smoke and yet it was so smelly we could barely breathe. It was loud. The shower screamed and wouldnt stop when we tried to use it. I was genuinely scared. The room smelled like toxic chemicals. We actually did not even stay the night, I immediately checked into another hotel and then when we went back to check out and grab my shampoo, we couldnt even get inside. It was overall the worst hotel experience I have ever had.Extended Stay America

The front desk staff was outstanding, helping us get a wheelchair accessible room for my mother who didn't think to ask for such a room. (She needed a walk in shower). Destiny was amazing making us feel welcome. The water is very hot-which is wonderful for sore backs due to a bad mattress in the room. I would also suggest getting better WiFi. Technology is such you can do better.Extended Stay America
