      I was charge $250 for smoking in the room. Never smoked in my life. I was the only guest in that room that night. Spoke to multiple people about this and they said they cannot refund my $250. This is not right!

      they do not care about feedback nor will they be changing anything anytime soon. no one actually cares & why would they, the people running this place are no where to be found. probably sitting at home & leaving these poor employees to handle this living h*** on their own. we are leaving this hotel & going to another one. i will be actively telling people how horrible this place is. this has been the worst hotel experience i have ever had. no cleaning supplies provided. cleaning services will not come until MAYBE 2 weeks. my room still stinks & i ****** mentioned how disgusting the bathroom was because honestly i dont even wanna think about it again.a few employees have been nice to me (thank you to them). the noise complaints (i went up there 7 times) went no where. even with security, nothing gets resolved. stomping until 11:30pm & starts up again at 6:30am. a supervisor is not in sight. i feel so bad for the employees for having to struggle by themselves. this hotel should be shut down.DO NOT STAY HERE. read the negative reviews & believe them. its a hassle to get basic necessities. i dont understand how a hotel doesnt have enough clean towels? i was told that i could wash them myself but if you dont have quarters to spend on their dirty washer machines then good luck. i asked for **************** was never given to me. i have currently been awake for over 2 HOURS due to inconsiderate people & have had to go to the front desk twice. i was told security went up to say something but its been another 15 ************ still unable to sleep due to some sort of vacuuming at 10:30pm?? hidden fees with every amenity they offer. our room smells disgusting & they tried to hide it with an awful strong smelling perfume that i can still smell days after being here. the room itself is so gross. *********** everywhere. i could continue with how terrible this experience has been, but other reviews have it covered.

      My wife and I are disabled. so to find rooms catering to disabled people on all floors was a worry but to find both elevators out of order and to be forced to stay in our room because of this is totally unacceptable.When front desk was contacted, they explained that the District Manager had forbidden the staff to give any form of refund or compensation and to withhold his contact information so the opportunity. to express ones frustration fall on deaf ears. I can only recommend one stays as far away from Extended Stay America as one can get, in short "the upper management don't care and the staff on site are not allowed to care.

      Ive been staying at the extended stay for a couple months going through life issues just trying to survive to get my own place and I have to say it is a big rip off for anyone thinking this place will help you get ahead prices always fluctuate daily they charge you a nice rate then charge you more money every week you extend no customer appreciation or loyalty at all ********************** is very disrespectful not professional at all nor should they be in the customer service / Hospitality Business they try to talk to you and conduct business as if there on a street corner not in a professional business manner I pay in full weekly and pay prior to my check out date and there is still always a late fee or price change feels like your being scammed by management who are very unprofessional to even be called management and treat there place of business supposedly like there home instead of a professional work environment please dont not reserve or even consider staying at this place located @ ***************************************************************** prices are overrated for what you receive disrespect on top of a major infestation problem roaches everywhere doors never locked securely crack heads running all through the building and police activity every other day in the parking lot & the facility and managers allow it because they treat there workplace like the streets but want you to pay 5 star prices not one room in this building is worth more than $300 a week and thats the god honest truth from personal experience dont stay here save your money youll be glad you did horrible place horrible staff looks are deceiving dont be fool because the outside looks good but theres a lot of non sense that occurs within the facility and a lot of it is to do with the employees or so called unprofessional management.

      Would never ever recommend to anyone they treat you like s*** here somebody was assaulted and they just laughed at the whole situation. TV never works heat ****************** and the staff is rude as h*** All the staff smokes pot. This is the one on ***************************************************************** **

      I didnt stay at this hotel because the amount was more than what was quoted to me by their call center so I told the guest services that I was going to a different hotel that I could afford. They said I didnt cancel my reservation so they took ****** out of my checking account.

      I fell behind 2 weeks waiting to return to work a month passed and was ready to pay up the month as well as a week in advance since I was back to work. But **************************** refused payment as I'd payed weekly before. But then Mgr Shao dispensed a computerized notice not even on letter head that a months rent in advance payment was needed plus a $15 a day late fee. She has displayed to myself as well as other renter's and employees colored striken behavior verbally and with procedures. She posted tags for desk clerks not except any payments tho she would do unauthorized submissions for payments from my card on file. I'm requesting that she's won eviction against me for non payment because I took my funds instead towards purchase of a home. I shouldn't have an eviction remarks on my record. Seeing that if see had allowed me to reinstate weekly payments for the next month keeping my payments current until I was able to return to monthly payments after that. It was the desk clerk that even informed me that weekly and monthly payments were acceptable

      This is the most disgusting and horrifying place that I have ever been in. It looked like a trap house. There were clearly, drugged out individuals in the parking lot and inside of the hotel. There was blood and pubic hair in my sheets. I was here for work and needed a last-minute accommodation and I deeply regret not reading reviews before I booked. I immediately got another hotel room and had to spend an extra $140 to get the h*** out of there. I stayed one hour before I was so creeped out and discuss dead. You could see gaps in the doorway, or somebody could have easily slid some thing between the door and the frame into my room. There was a pair of sparkly underwear string tied to the door lock. I demand a refund, or I will seek action against ************ from my credit card.
