      Due to circumstances, I've been staying at *** for around 6 weeks. I prefer it here as noone else has a kitchenette. The staff was nice, and took care of almost all problems on the spot (burnt out lights, broken burner, etc). On my last night stay in ****** (Feb 28), the power went out around 10:00pm and stayed off until after 7:00 the next morning. I woke up around 4, freezing my **** off with no good way to warm up. After I checked out, I asked the desk clerk that, since things were so bad last night, I'd like her to offer me a refund for the night. She became very defensive, telling me that she couldn't give any refunds, it was an act of God and she has no control over such events. The whole area was dark. I pointed out the hotel just up the hill had all their lights on. She replied they have a generator, and we don't. (Well, why not?) I asked if she could bring it up with the manager. She told me she was the *** (But she can't do anything for me) I told her that my only recourse was to leave a bad review. Her response was "You know you don't have to leave a bad review. Just don't come back here again." Believe you me, I won't.

      I have lived at the extended stay Frankford in ****** for two years. In the past Ive given it good reviews but now this place is a disaster. We havent had heat during and after the freeze. No air conditioning either. No hot water for the past two weeks. The pool hasnt been open since I moved in. Laundry doesnt work half the ************** doesnt work. There is no breakfast, no decent internet. No hot tub. There ad is a complete lie. Called corporate and there attitude was not caring. To make things worse right before all this started happening they raised my rent by 300 dollars. Was only supposed to go up 30 month. The new owners are pathetic. I sure wish ******* properties bought this one. Do not stay here you will regret it.

      Yes, this is the third time I had to stay for business over here at the extended stay in *********, *******. The one off *********** Road not the ************ the lady at the front desk at the ************ is very nice and friendly and there is always at the front desk. The extended stay across the street however, theres a guy in a girl that works the front desk. Every time the guy is there he says theres no more rooms available every time never fails the ladies just smoking in the back parking lot with drug addict it appears in the back taking breaks all the time. Nobodys at the front desk. Every time I go there. I have to call the front desk ************************************************************** what I want I want to check into a room that I booked moron, Im just tired and want to check in you guys need to find better help because these crackheads for employees are not good for business.

      I absolutely Loved ****. I thought she was amazing and she will be. The reason why I come back period I honestly thought she was the manager and I'm surprised that she's not the manager period she's a great girland very attentive. And just altogether amazing you guys gotta go with her period.

      I canceled my reservation because of the hotel is dirty was blood on the mattress and I been waiting over 20 days to get our money back and the company sent ** check wrong amount of our reservation refund 100 out of 900 !!! Or more ! Dont trust this company or this hotel tell this day we trying to get our money back for something we didnt even use

      When i booked my stay.Was told to book for 3 months, Even though I told *******.I only needed a month.Now, I'm checking out early (after 3 weeks) Told I wouldn't get money back that i own more for leaving early. *** changed my room because of the roaches. ***** came with a spray bottle. I was forced to get a large can of Raid.No breakfast which shows in their ads.DON'T STAY HERE.

      This hotel after a month still has my property valued over *******. in 5 attempts to regain my items they have me pieces but not all. Saying they don't remember where things are taken. So to aid on the theft the manager fabricates he was threatened stories ( with every interaction on camera and audio) to appear as a victim in an attempt to insulate himself from returning my personal property. He took property out of my room to place in storage. I owe this place mo money nor did anyone threaten him at any time. In my last attempt number 6 he called the police saying he was threatened w a gun and put the phone down on 911 to create a crisis that did not exist. Again, this is all to make him look like a victim and to have me trespassed so that he can wash his hands clean and withhold my personal property. From minute day one all I wanted was my property returned. The staff at the hotel was very sweet and kind and willing to help the manager named ******* is the problem and the issue here. He will tell you your reservation or that your extension is fine. Then pull it at the last minute if others are willing to pay more for the room. When you ask him about it, he will call you a liar and then threaten you with the police saying his brother is a local policeman and will have you arrested. This man outright lied to myself, the police and to his staff.

      The Fair Oaks/Monument Drive location must be permanently shut down and demolished. Its a menace and eyesore to a great community. There are unhoused people here through an organization and the management only cares about the guaranteed year of money received for housing each tenant and not the actual paying guests. This area has always been a great family focused community and since this *** location changed management some time ago to an extremely subpar management ********* no longer serving the business contractors who used to stay here and supported the community. The unhoused people stay up all hours of the night and early mornings smoking marijuana and who knows what else, playing loud music in their cars, even when theyre coming and going like a major announcement to the property that they run this facility. Many come across as gang affiliates of MS-13. The women allow their small children to run, jump, scream all day into the early mornings nonstop, especially inside the rooms. The exception is when they go to school. Thats the only moment of peace that paying guests have at this property. After 4:20, the nightmare begins. The police have been called numerous times for domestic abuse complaints and the management does not care because they get the guaranteed pay for housing these delinquents. The burden of keeping safe is placed on the paying guests. Its unfortunate that this community is being ruined by such unruly people for short-term greed. They will be permanently housed in the area and that will cause a major loss and downturn to this community. A luxury apartment complex across the street experienced a violent crime attack over the holidays where a man was stabbed in his parking garage of his apartment. That is very unusual for this area and I would not be surprised if the suspect was staying at this location since the access is close. The Spanish speaking team member seams to protect the people and will lie for them all day long. BEWARE of her.

      I stayed in ******* at main gate extended stay I booked my room in advance ******** at front desk checked me in was rude when I got to room after a long time of traveling my kids exhausted dirty linen on beds rolled up garbage everywhere used soap in shower floors dirty I went back to front desk she said she can't clean it doesn't know how I then said I'll just clean it gave me two bottoms sheets no blankets or clean towels then 3rd she said there was no ice complaints yet we weren't even home we were out shopping then she seen us leave stated she thought we were checking out with major attitude.

      *** IN *********, ******* IS NOTHING BUT A GLORIFIED SECTION 8 HOUSING FACILITY. YOUR RATES ATTRACT LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, WHO HAVE HISTORY IN CAUSING PROBLEMS, LIVING DIRTY. EACH WEEK, POLICE ARE THERE HANDLING DOMESTIC INCIDENTS, HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING ALONG SIDE PARKING LOT, ON FIRST DAY WITNESSED A WOMAN SNORTING COCAINE IN THE STAIRWELL, WALKING IN HALLWAY DRUGGED, PEOPLE PARK THEIR BROKEN DOWN CARS ON BACK END OF LOT, MARKING WITH CONSTRUCTION CONES, PARKING LOT RIDDLED WITH GARBAGE, WILD TURKEYS WALKING PROPERTY, MAKING NOISES EVERYM MORNING AT 7AM, COFFEE NOT OFFERED EACH MORNING AS PROMISED, RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER, WHEN I BROUGHT MY CONCERNS TO HER, ONLY RESPONSE TO ME WAS, "WOULD YOU LIKE TO CHECKOUT". FLOORS ARE VERY DIRTY IN HALLWAYS, CARPET FULL OF STAINS AND SMELLS BAD. FELT UNSAFE STAYING THERE, I HAD TO MOVE ELSEWHERE. **** NEVER STAY AT AN *** AND WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY DO NOT. ANYONE CONSIDERING STAYING AT AN *** (I HAVE CHECKED SEVERAL), IT IS WORTH SPENDING AN EXTRA $10-20 PER NIGHT FOR A HILTON OR MARRIOTT.
