Horrible employees! **** in the front desk accused me of hitting her car and refused to let me in my room for my belongings. She kept cursing and screaming all crazy! Overall the cops were called and she has mistaken my car with another one. This place is horrible and all the reviews are bad, they all complain about the dirtiness of the hotel and how the employees are crackheads and wanted to fight guest there once. This place needs to be shut down since its so unsanitary and that crazy lady ******* needs to be fired!Extended Stay America

This was a filthy disgusting hotel. The smoke detectors are covered with trash bags, mattresses stained with god knows what. carpet stained, drawers broken, The most nasty hotel I have ever seen. Getting a refund after I quickly looked at the room is very difficult. they are still holding $50 of my refundExtended Stay America

Hello,
My name is Dr. James M. Schmidt and I have been staying at the Extended Stay America, Fremont-Newark property since 12/21/2022. If I remember correctly, I was staying at room 306, Bldg B, until two weeks ago. One night, as I returned to the room, an assistant manager had been inside my room urging me to pack my personal effects and be ready to be relocated. I asked why and complied and moved to building A, room 323 in about an hour.
Since I have been staying at room 323, almost everyday and night, there have been arguments, physical altercations, children left unattended, loud music, profanity, and discarded trash left in the hallway, just a few feet away from my door or right in front of it. And it's always the same couple and their friends and family.
On Sunday, February 5, an infant was left unattended in the hallway crying, while an argument was beginning in the same area. The person at the front desk was able to solve the situation. However, during the night, one of the individuals intentionally stood outside or paced in the hallway by my door playing loud music from speakers. I needed to change rooms and so the person at the front desk and I spoke but she was not able to do anything until the morning. She was polite and courteous.
I am a 54 year-old type I diabetic and such incidents affect my blood sugars.It seems that the behavior of the couple and their social circle has been occuring and has been tolerated by management for sometime. They have been neither advised or evicted for their behavior.
At the other building, one morning without warning air conditioner cleaners knocked on my door, came in and left the floor wet and muddied from their house. No one from the hotel let the guests know about this visit and everyone was surprised. And, since I have been here, the deafening fire alarm has gone off five times, regardless of time of day or night. The police also do their rounds around the parking lot, looking out for suspicious activity.Extended Stay America

Jan. 20th 2023, I check in a the Stay America Extended stay in ******** **. Next this bowling alley for my bday weekend, I was not expecting , that the elevators were down due to the water flood. I was put on the 4th floor, where I had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs to get to room 404 . which is such an inconvenience for someone who celebrating their 45th bday and having to tote bags, etc up stairs, Then I could not understand why the heating system would not get warm inside the room . I am writing this report, because I feel as a customer, due to the inconvenience, there should have been a partial refund to my stay for the elevators down in the facility and the only accommodations you can offer me is on the 4th floor. I work for *********************** and I work along with travel nurse staff and doctors, this place would be the last place I would recommend to my coworkers on my job, If this business establishment would get their maintenance together, this could be a nice place for a medical staff to stay at, but I am sorry its just not up to park.Extended Stay America

They are the worst!! After cancelling a reservation in a timely manner on November 23, In accordance to their policy. My credit card was still charged $520 dollars. As of January i have yet to resolve the aforementioned issue. After numerous attempts i have received nothing. NEVER, NEVER stay at **********Extended Stay America

Not worth half the stuff breaks, the weed is absolutely horrifying it comes under the door. Place floods like crazy. The noise is horrible cops/fire department seems like they are always here. Some staff is down right rude. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemyExtended Stay America

Extended Stay (*******) Horsham, ** Around the wk of 10/10/22 we checked into Extended Stay (*******) Horsham, **. for a week. Our 1st room there were holes in the bathroom door as if it had been punched & more importantly there were roaches. We notified front desk & the room was changed. The next day upon showering, we didnt have any hot water. We telephoned the front desk & was advised there was no one to repair it & wed have to wait til the next day. SO WE SUFFERED. And was told Well at least he (maintenance staff) showed up was the reply I received along with a $35 credit. By midweek I requested clean linens & was told I'd have to come & retrieve them myself as to no one was available to deliver them. I arrived at the front desk & was then told they did not have the correct linens for my bed; then I was told Id have to wait for clean linens because the washers were broken. Totally unacceptable! During the next ********************************************** an effort to seek some type of resolve. Each week I was promised a call from district manager. Finally I received a call from *********************** the alleged district manager. As Im explaining my stay, *************** begins to yell, we already took off $35 were not taking off anything else! Again I attempted to speak but she just continued yelling. I managed to tell her about the broken ************* continued yelling, thats not correct, my staff didnt tell me about any broken washers! I said ****, she continued talking, yelling over me & then slammed the phone down. The next several days I telephoned customer service & was promised the *** *********************** would be contacting me, he never did. This went on for another 3 wks or so until I gave up & decided to write this comment; no one should be subjected to unsafe, inhumane practices due to poor management. No one should be ridiculed, yelled at, disrespected by anyone let alone a district mgr. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else Respectfully, *******Extended Stay America

DO NOT STAY HERE. It was dirty, noisy, not-secure and over-priced. There was weed everywhere from outside the place to in the hallways. Screaming and smoke coming from hotel rooms. The back door was left open by a rock so people could come and go. No one picks up the phone at the front desk or when you actually go to the front desk no one is there because they are watching television. The worst of this is the general manager *********************************. No response to the emails I sent even with all the photos I sent her with the proof behind my complaints and concerns. The photos of the filth I encountered- bathroom dirty, blood on the duvets, kitchen was filthy too. with no pots, pans, Dirty walls inside my room and in the hallways. Men smoking and selling weed outside the hotel and men following us to our room. It was too dangerous to stay there for even a night with my 16 year old daughter. I was supposed to be charged $30 per night which is barely what it was worth but I was charged over $200 for 2 nights!Extended Stay America

Property at ********************************************************* should be condemned. Far too many homeless hanging out and living here to be a "Hotel" The property is a mess. In my room the sink faucet is broken and they haven't fixed it yet, the carpets are disgustingly stained with something Red, The room was absolutely filthy when I checked in, All furniture is broken, stained, damaged, curtains torn, people are rude, they refuse to clean your room during your stay, heater/ac is extremely loud, the elevator is broken and today 1/2/2023 the water has been turned off.They will not refund you your money to check out early because of this mess.Extended Stay America
