    We have been without interest for 9 weeks. The support is impossible to get a hold of as we have been hung up on dozens of times on the phone and in chat. We are being charged for no service and when we do get a hold of people they either create a ticket that disappears or tell us it's an outage but still charge us for no service. When they have created three tickets no one has showed up and we have taken time off to make sure we are available losing three days worth of work. This is why CenturyLink was bought out and your mom existing service is why you are next. Go get ******* or Focus broadband don't waste your time with this lazy inept company.

    I've called three times to report an outage each time they hung up on me with no resolution internet comes in spotty when it wants if you can find another company I would wish I could.

    **************** is a joke takes them at least 5 transfers and hang *** for them to look up the account which is about 3 hours. They offer me a 10 mb download for 20 less than I'm paying now but I pay for 7 mb down and they can't even give me 6 so I'm not sure how they plan on 10. And for 20 less. Expect the run around and treated like c*** here

    We recently moved to a New address and have had century link for 16 years . we moved to a New address on Sept 30 2022 and now a month later after our move we still have no internet service and we waited all day oct 31 for a tech to install service and they were sent to our old address.the people at the call center can not seem to fig our how to get out new address right let alone send a tech to it .and we are paid up till the end of opcoct 2022 .they have no ideal how to run a company .

    Having a hard time getting them come out and install my Internet. They came out and dug a wire line for my new construction, 2 months ago. I have been put on the books for installation 3 times now, an all no shows without a phone call letting me know. I have missed 3 days of work and they can't come out until December to install. I called and placed order for internet September 22nd 2022, and still don't have it.

    No customer service on weekends. No way contact anyone. My service is out and none to provide assistance. Stupi chat box pops up but no one comes on to chat. Im gonna find another provider.

    **************** has no clue what they're doing! Not to mention they ARE NOT OPEN on the weekends. So with no internet they want me to chat with a rep on line. How is that going to happen if I have NO INTERNET CONNECTION in the middle of nowhere with no cell service. They want to send a service technician for everything, which means your problem has to wait a week before it's fixed. I was with CenturyLink for many years, never had problems, a little hiccup every once in a while. Then Brightspeed took over, nothing but problems with the internet. They need to do better.
