      I PURCHASED A 550 XP SAW. IT WAS HARD TO START FROM THE BEGINING OF PURCHASE TOOK IT BACK A COUPLE TIMES. SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE COMPUTER AVAILABLE TO HOOK IT UP TO. TOOK IT TO ANOTHER DEALER SAID IT HAD LOW COMPRESSION SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. TOOK ALL THE *************** TO THE NEW **** THEY TORE IT APART TOOK PIX AND SENT TO HUSQVARNA.       I purchased a husqvarna chainsaw from lowes January 22nd using my military discount at lowes. I also purchased the fuel and bar oil branded husqvarna as well. I ran the saw for under 3hrs total and it stopped working in July 2022. I took it to an authorized dealer (************************************) beginning of august and it has been there ever since. Im unable to cut wood for over 6 months due to a back ordered carb. I have reached out to the authorized dealer multiple times for an update. The date the dealer should receive the part keeps changing and is currently as of today sometime in February 2023. I would like my money back or a full replacement as the issue now is the date changes all the time and I have no guarantee I will get my saw back anytime in the future. I see new saws being sold at lowes but they cannot provide dealers with parts to repair products in the field. The warranty is for 1 year but Ive not been able to use the saw for 6 months so that means if it breaks again Im out of luck. I would like a replacement saw to start the warranty over or my money back. I cant just sit and wait for months on end when a product sold to me is defective. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I can get the documents from ************** as well if we need them.

      I placed an order for a vacuum bag and strap for my Husqvarna 125BVX on 12/10/2022. Upon receiving the items, I went to use them and had defective stitching on the attachment point where the d-link connects to the bag. I reached out to Husqvarna **************** and was given poor service. I was told I needed to return the item and pay the shipping costs and they would send a new one. When I expressed my concern with the remedy, I was told that is the only option. My concerns were not address, even though there was a chance I would be reimbursed the shipping costs. This is frustrating, since the turn around time would be over *********************************************************************** not. This is such a hassle for an item that was only $25. I would need to take the time to go drive to *** or ***** and try to pack up an item with yard debris in/on it. Husqvarna **************** simply referees to local dealers or a generic policy. I had a separate issue with a brand new Husqvarna 570BTS Backpack Leaf blower a few week prior that was less than a month old. The clips that hold the back pad in place kept popping out. As per Husqvarna, I tried to contact a local dealer and was never helped. The clips were about $0.50 a piece and would not be worth the time for the dealer. Due to Husqvarnas poor assistance and communication, I purchased automotive push clips on Amazon and fixed the issue myself. These two incidents in less than a month is a poor testament to their ability to stand behind their products. I would at least appreciate some help from them that would place the burden on them rather than the customer. I am disappointed in this experience in particular, and will reconsider my future purchases if Husqvarna cannot help. For the amount of money *** spent with them, I would appreciate some help on their part. If they cannot replace the item with something non-defective, I would at least like a refund if I have to fix it myself.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Husqvarna is sending a replacement bag, which was my original request.  The process was very prompt and timely.  I appreciate BBBs help, and Husqvarnas effort.  My only suggestion is that Husqvarna addressed these small concerns without customers needing to file complaints.  Their products are some of the best, but the initial encounters with their support team may impact someones opinion.

      On or about 12/08/22 I ordered a part from Husqvarna and was sent the wrong part. After emailing them they told me to send back. I did that and it was $58 to send back then I read another e mail they are going to charge me 15% restocking fee on top of this! The problem I have is you can talk to anyone from their business even their complaint department. I order the part from their website and they sent me the wrong part and I have to pay around $100 because of their mistake. That is half what the part cost me this is crazy way to do business. Order number if you need it is 16524336-01 Husqvarna should be ashamed or their bad customer service.

      The part they sent my had a bolt on pulley and the one I have is a s**** on pulley! I was just going to order a new pulley but they didnt have one! I ordered the part from another vender.       I bought a husqvarna riding lawn mower in 2019 because I'm a disabled vet and cant walk well. All the wires were burnt up. While mowing the electrical harness under the gas tank caught on fire. Husqvarna does not want to help because they don't know how it started. That gas tank could of exploded with me on it. I ordered a new harness in june and I am now being told I might get it after January.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The wires were already burnt up and caused the fire. I was told by husqvarna dealer to try to get by because the power harness I ordered in june and the last communication I had said I might, can you believe they told me hopefully in January. They are trying to pin the fire on me when I was cutting the grass. The fire was under the gas tank and I'm glad it did not blow and injure a disabled veteran more.

      I bought a 315x auto mower May of 2021, It has 3G celluar to remotely access the mower and provide GPS. This is a service they provide for 3 years from purchase date. I was told by Husqvarna that they would replace the board since **** turned off 3G in Dec of 2021 and I could mail the unit to them but would take 12 weeks. They referred me to local dealers for a quicker repair time.       I am rejecting this response because:Original complaint was opened in Nov 2022 (#********) with BBB after attempting to resolve the issue with Husqvarna support with no success. Husqvarna agreed to ship the connect board to me directly and instructed me to drop off the mower to ******** Motor Repair in ********* to have the repair done under warranty (authorization # ******-000192). I dropped the mower and board off on 01/04/2023. I have called every week since to check on repair. I usually do not hear back from them. Last week, they returned call and informed me that they were ordering a connect board. I said that I dropped the mower off with the board needed for the repair. They said they would check the shop for the board and call me back. I have not heard back. I purchased this mower directly from Husqvarna in May 2021 and only had it working properly for that mowing season. The *** feature did not work for the 2022 season while I attempted to work with Husqvarna support directly to repair the connect board. It is now the end of March 2023, and my grass is growing with no working mower in my possession. At this point in, I am requesting a refund of 100% of my initial purchase price from Husqvarna of both the mower and and the installation kit.

      On 10/06/22 I purchased an electric Husqvarna power washer.Upon opening the box the 4 pack of nozzle tips and instructions were missing.I have been emailing back and forth with email at Husqvarna support.       On 7/14/2022 I purchased a new Husqvarna YTH18542 riding mower. After 33 days the unit failed, I requested warranty service on Husqvarna warranty chat. I was given four names of authorized dealers to take the mower in for repairs. The first one is not anywhere close to my town, I'm not sure where it would be. The second one stated he will not perform warranty work as he has to fight to get paid. The third one does not work on mowers or sell them and will not work on it. The fourth one ********** Power Equipment took my name and would call me to bring it in, on September 2 I was called and took it into their shop on Sept 6. As of today the unit has not been worked on or diagnosed, they stated the mechanic is off and will not be back until next week. Possibly will look at it next week. What a miserable failure on warranty work. My mower has been "not" running longer than running and no help from Husqvarna.

      The two Husqvarna dealers that refused to work on the mower stated: one he has a difficult time getting paid for warranty work if at all, I will not provide his name as he was honest with me, and I don't care to cause him difficulties.  The second dealer *********** *** stated they do not sell mowers or repair them.  The third ********** Power Equipment called me to bring it in, on Sept 6th I gave them the unit and as of yesterday it still sits undiagnosed, and they stated they might get to it next week. When it broke on Aug 17th, I contacted ***** Homestore (Auburn) and they refused to assist me but stated to call ********** Power Equipment On that day ********** Power Equipment put me on a waiting list stating it would be five weeks until they can get it in.  ********** power equipment called me on Aug 31 to have me bring it to them which I did on Sept 6th.  To my knowledge Husqvarna has not contacted me and I assume not communicated with the repair facility. I also sent Husqvarna *********** a certified letter they received on **** stating to repair or replace within 15 business days or a full (made whole) refund demand.  No response.

      While the answer sounds good the repair shop once again has not diagnosed the problem.  The unit still sits and has not been repaired, go ahead and follow through with your claim to move it to another repair shop. At this time I recommend Husqvarna replace my mower with a new equal unit, the unit was 33 days old when it failed.  So far the warranty has done nothing.

      I do have the mower back and it's work just fine.  The mechanical issue appears to be intermittent, and **************** did not repair as they could not duplicate.  I assume the unit will fail again and that will bring me back to the complaint of Husqvarna's failed warranty process.  I was without a mower for a total of 46 days, no repair and the entire time Husqvarna did not appear to assist or concern themselves with my issue.  My complaint has been the failed warranty service and at this time that has not changed.

      I had bought the Husquvarna lawn edger because of its reputation for its quality...6 months down the road my blade needs replaced after only using it twice. I have tried to contact the company since April and can not get through to anyone. I even emailed them twice and still haven't gotten an answer. I had found a dealer and they are having the same problem. ********** keeps telling them the item has shipped but it never really did. "It is very frustrating when you can't even get the company to answer their phone. This has gone on since April and truthfully I am fed up.

      I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been done to resolve issue. I have made repeated phone calls to company and no one answers the phone. I have emailed numerous times with no response. All I wanted was to purchase to replacement blades for my edger because even the dealer in this area has been waiting over 6 months for my blades.
