1 starI purchased an Automower 450x 4 years ago. It has probably only run for 4 months of those 4 years. It has been nothing but problems from wheels falling off, base station issues, blade plate s**** holes stripping out, height adjustment not working, motor breaking, and more. Each time there is an issue it takes months to get repaired. Last time it took nearly a full year to get repaired... Each time it cost an exuberant amount of money for the repair. So far I've probably spent $1500 additional dollars to get this thing to run and each time a new issue has taken it out of commission. I feel it's a scam at this point or I have the worst luck on the planet. Customer support is trash and gives me the same run around without any sort of empathy for the situation. So much for "having my weekends back" because all I got was headaches and $5000 fewer dollars. DO NOT BUY AN AUTOMOWER. A simple inline surge protection would solve the problem for the base, not using screws but a peg and clip would solve the problem for the blade wheel s**** holes stripping out, I'm not sure why the wheels fell off but that damaged the motor and the height adjustment. Guidewire? It has GPS, why even use it? They make dog fences now that you can draw on a map to place your boundary, why even use a wire that can get damaged so easily and cost $500 to have installed? Long story short, if you want your weekends back, pay the neighbor kid to cut your lawn. It'll be less of a headache and you will spend a fraction of what it cost to keep this thing up and running. $5000+ in the trash! Thanks Husqvarna for 4 years of headaches. What a scam...Review fromDavid M

1 starWhen their product fails its almost impossible to find a number to actually communicate with them and not someone who wants to charge you for information. My mower failed and the person I chatted with thought I was talking about a sewing machine. The warranty is about to run out. I paid 2k for the mower and it would seem Husqvarna thinks I should be glad it lasted this long. I'm not. It would seem from perusing the numerous complaints and the lack of response from. The company that I might just as well use my mower as a flower pot. That's all it good for. Judging by the number of frustrated purchasers it would seem a great company for class action.Review fromRaymond D

1 starTerrible customer service. Their website has no contact information whatsoever outside of the chat support. Chat support is very unhelpful. Spoke with 3 different agents and each one just kept repeating the same "clear your cache and cookies" or "try another browser" bs with no other alternatives! One agent even ended our chat because I asked for an actual email to a customer survive representative. All of this because I am just trying to claim my 5 year extended warranty and their website kept giving me an error message when I tried to register my product to redeem the warranty. It's insane that such a successful company couldn't care less about their customers. I will continue to review bomb on every social media platform possible until I hear from an actual customer service rep and not the joke of "chat support" they claim to have on their site. Ridiculous!Review fromdaniel p

Because I cant leave less. I have had two 54 riders. First one blew up right after the warranty was up. The second, the rear end fell out under after finding out they left off a support. They refused to honor the warranty. Will never buy anything with their name on it.Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

Per the diagnosis by our Dealers and Tech Team, the damage was caused by the preferred use of the Customer. No fault of the Manufacturer.Review fromChad W

Husqvarna spun off from Electrolux containing Poulan Pro no longer supports Poulan pro products making them obsolete if needing battery or other replacement parts. There is no way to contact anyone at the company about Poulan products even though there is lip service on the Poulan Pro website about "contact us". I have a perfectly good functioning Poulan Pro electric chainsaw that I can't get a new battery for. This planned obsolescence likely helps them sell Husqvarna products to replace, which is good for the bottom line but bad for the Earth and our survival. They will likely pull the same c*** with Husqvarna products not supporting them after a time and offering you new products under a different name. Buyer beware!Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

With the industry constantly changing, Husqvarna has always and will always meet the Customer needs based upon demand/supply and profit. We have met all of our obligations buy supply parts for the time required and just as any other Business or Industry at some point the parts are no longer manufactured based upon the need and growth of the Business.Review fromJoshua

I bought a 54" riding mower back in late summer of 2019. I have had to bring it in the shop every year I have owned it multiple times a year. It has less than 30 hours on the machine. Such an inconvenience. Once again I had issues this year and it sat in my garage leaking oil all over and wouldn't even turn over. I tried reaching out to Husqvarna calling and even emailing the emails online provided. It took forever for them to get back to me. I spoke to a customer representative supervisor finally months later over the phone and the gentleman stated to bring it into a repair warranty shop once again. I tried asking for a new model or refund. This machine has been such a inconvenience especially with only 30 hours on it. It has been in the shop more than I've cut my grass with it. So here I am bringing it back to another repair shop, get it fixed only to find out Husqvarna won't pay for the repair after a supervisor told me to do so. Your products are a joke and how you handle business. My machine was having issues after a month I've had to trailer it back and fourth a dozen times wasting time gas money ect. Back your product and your warranty. Switch out my machine or give me a new one this is BS. I also love how you sent me to a repair shop only for my machine to sit there for three weeks to be told by the shop they don't work on that specific engine. I should of bought a Deere but I was told Husqvarna were well built and great warranties and stuck by there products. Boy was I wrong. I highly recommend not buying anything from them unless you want issues all the time then be passed around and fumbled until you have to pay out of pocket. There customer service doesn't answer and won't resolve anything. Poor way to do business. I even got the ** involved LOL what a joke of a companyHusqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

Husqvarna has and always will follow thru on any warranty claim. Our Engines are backed by the Engine Manufacturer. I have no record from the Engine Manufacturer stating the Repair would not be covered as of yet. We even attempted to reach the Customer on 10/05/2022 and 10/06/2022 but to no avail. This repair is not closed and we will continue to work with the Customer on resolving any concerns that is presented.

I waited months for someone from Husqvarna to reach out to me I emailed, I called the number provided, I even got the attorney general involved and nothing. I was still under warranty the months prior trying to reach out and get help but no one helped me. Seems like a strategy this company plays with there customers and milks the warranty. Now I am being passed off to ****** and ******** as it should have never gotten to this point. There are more issues with my mower due to it sitting in the same spot for months. Someone needs to directly call me aReview fromNelson A.

Wow. What a surprise. I received a husqvarna grass catcher zero turn mower bagger attachment with the box opened on the bottom. Missing manual, bolts support bars, etc Since 7/22/22 constant contact customer services reps *** and Brymond with promises made and nothing kept. Literally the worse delivery ever. Many promises made about replacement parts, compensation for third party purchases, even refund leading to NO further response. Multiple inquiries still leading to NO response. 2 months later, now they have closed all the inquiries. How unfortunate that with all the Husqvarna equipment Ive purchased this far, this one has led me to forever regret dealing with the company directly. Too bad I have to leave a one star review. This experience doesnt even amount to any star. Shame.Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.
