      Husqvarna...BAD PRODUCT...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Consumer Beware Purchased a Husqvarna riding mower December 2022 and put only 19 hours on it before it stopped working. Attempted to call the company to resolve the issue but the only option you have is to "chat" with them about problem!!!! After the first "chat" thread I was given a link to select an authorized warranty shop that charge from $100-$160 to just pick up the mower before assessing the problem. Transporting the mower is NOT covered under the warranty. 2nd "chat" thread I was told that someone would call me ( Imagine that! They can call me but I can't call them!) within an hour. Needless to say approximately 2 hours later I was still waiting. I started a 3rd "chat" where I requested a refund and was told it is my responsibility as a consumer to communicate Husqvarna's company policy regarding refunds to ****** to see if they would initiate the Refund Authorization (RA). The most unfortunate part of this entire nightmare is that I had to threaten reporting Husqvarna to BBB before I was given the common courtesy to speak with ***** who is a member of Husqvarna's Consumer Escalation Team. I asked ***** if he would reach out to the ****** store to share Husqvarna's return policy and not just rely on the customer, which he said he would do. This entire process took at least 5 hours of my day to complete and still don't know what the outcome will be.

      We are certainly working with the Customer. This Unit was purchased 12/2022. Per our Warranty Policy and it is laid out for all to see that Transporting the Unit is not covered under our policy. Husqvarna will do what we have always said we will do and that is repair, replace or refund but this Unit has to be taken to a Dealer in order to start this process. Customer has been informed of what needs to take place. Husqvarna is following the process as it is laid out in the Warranty Statements.

      I purchased a ts142 riding mower in June of 2022, the piece of c*** has been in the shop 5 times, it has 35 hours on it. No one from Husqvarna will help me or respond to the 6 complaints that Ive put in to the company. Its now the end of August 2023.. I tried to get in touch with their representative, and no one will give me a number to call. I mistakenly hit 2 stars, I wouldnt give them any. Their customer service and support are useless.**********

      Recently purchased Husqvarna 330LK trimmer from Lowes due to the packaging stating it is attachment capable. This is misleading for the following reasons: 1. They have changed their attachment capability to be proprietary and not match any after market accessories 2. They seemingly no longer sell the attachments that have this proprietary system Had this been clear (or the packaging not been intentionally misleading) I would not have purchased this product. Now that I have used it as the string trimmer and put gas in it, I'm sure I cannot return it. Just hoping someone reads this before wasting their money. There are equal or better string trimmers for the money out there. Will mark this down as an unfortunate $250 *******

      As products change with Technology what once was *** not be in some cases. The Unit is detachable and we do sell Husqvarna attachable products for this particular model. That is what is advertised and that is what is sold.

      I just purchased a Husqvarna K770 cut off saw. Right out of the box I had some concerns. I tried to call Husqvarna customer service and could not get through. I spent the next TWO HOURS calling over a dozen different numbers related to Husqvarna Products and to my dismay and surprise...I did not get through to anyone. Some phone numbers were disconnected. Some numbers were automated responses that hung up on you. I believe Husqvarna has intentionally unplugged all possible communication with their customers. I tried to register my new saw and after I registered it it did not send a copy to my email. I don't know if its actually registered or not. I've registered my other tools on line and I always get an email for confirmation. No email. AND, after reading about all the poor souls on this platform and their Husqvarna tragedy stories I will NEVER purchase a Husqvarna product again!

      I bought a Husqvarna Factory Certified 440 chainsaw off a third party website. The saw was not provided with any sort of documentation so I searched for the warranty terms for factory certified and found an FAQ that stated 90 days. The saw would start when I received it but would not run unless it was choked, I tried several times over the next few weeks to get it running but it would not run. I was using Husqvarna pre-mixed gasoline. I took it in to a Husqvarna repair center and they determined it needed a new carburetor. After several months of waiting, I contacted Husqvarna who informed me that their warranty was 30 days and refused to do anything to fix it. Now, I understand that it was factory certified and if it had worked when I received it then broke after a few months, then this would be a different story, but the saw NEVER ran. A technician had supposedly looked at it, their website was wrong, and now I'm left with an expensive paperweight and no apology, reimbursement, or any attempt whatsoever from Husqvarna. Do yourself a favor and buy their competitor if you want a high grade saw, if you're fine with a cheap one there are cheaper alternates out there.

      Very poor company, I bought a husqvarna 460 rancher chainsaw that I paid well over $600+ for. I bought the mix fuel from Husqvarna at the time of purchase to extend the warranty for another year, so 3 years total. The saw was literally out of warranty by less than 2 months when the cylinder went bad on the saw. I didn't use the saw for commercial use, only around my own property and it lasts only until out of warranty?? The dealer said Husqvarna told them nothing they can do and to call husqvarna myself. First I can't actually talk to someone on the phone, I had to chat online with them. The company still said nothing they will do to the saw being out of warranty. Well Husqvarna did more than lose a loyal customer, now every person I come across will hear about how poor husqvarna's quality is and how they will not help once you buy from them. I will NEVER buy husqvarna again.

      This Incident is still open and Husqvarna has not made a decision on the Repair. I did check the Serial Number and I do not see where the Customer registered the Unit for the Extended Warranty but the Receipt does how the Fuel/Oil was purchased at the time of the sale. Please watch for a follow up from Husqvarna via the Incident that you were currently working with ***********

      If I coudl give -5 stars I would....I ordered an Automower 430XH when they had a sale (20% off). It said 2-5 day shipping but I never received my mower. I did not even have confirmation of shipping or a tracking code. I thought that was strange. I finally called after 7 days. They said the order was canceled because the mower was no longer available. When were they going to tell me!?!?!? They asked me if I wanted my money refunded... Of course!!!, I said. I had to buy another mower from another supplier. The guy at Husqvarna said the money would go back on the card in 3-5 business days. It did not go back on the card so I called again after 5 days. Got a different guy and he said that it will go back on the card in 7 business days. I said I already waited 5 days which is what I was told earlier. He said to check back after 7 days. I waited 9 days and called again after no refund. I got a gal this time and she said the refund was issued but will take ***** business days. At this point, I have no belief that they will refund my money. I had to buy another mower and now have charges on my credit card of over $4000 dollars for both mowers. I need my money back, Husqvarna because you did not complete this order. This is not how you treat people. I will start a dispute with my bank and legal action against you. My lawyer will be contacting you soon. At this point, it's fraud because you have charged me and not refunded my money or fulfilled the order and given me the runaround. This is not a legit company.

      Dear HUSQVARNA, *** the Manager in your *********** **, Sewing Location Is Rude and dishonest. I am absolutely disgusted with your team and Your BUSINESS Practices Talk about being DISHONEST!!!!!! I am so angry I could SPIT NAILS, My mom is using my machine to do some work, it needed to be serviced (annual Maintenance) covered by service agreement that I PURCHASED!!!!!! and they are REFUSING to work on MY machine and are holding it hostage, they will not send it out for service until I come from across the country to tell them in person to send it out, and personally pick it up when it's done weeks later. They are extorting, hundreds of dollars from my mother, for a service that I HAVE PAYED FOR!!! Because she needs the machine back, before I can get there the next month in a half. Corporate Husqvarna, agreed to email me three days ago a resolution for this problem and they have failed to do so! Forcing my mother to spend money she does not have. This is Criminal and this will be filing with the BBB. Sadly a VERY Unhappy HUSQVARNA Owner.

      I have an electric trimmer with backpack battery (bli940x). It won't charge most of the time. Get red flashing light on charger. Smaller batteries charge fine. Trying to get help from Husqvarna via phone or chat is a waste of time. Their phone message just refers you to chat and then the immediate response is to take it to the nearest dealer for repair. The manual doesn't even have any solution for this. Very poor customer service.

      Due to cost cutting and the never end to corporate profits. They discontinued their customer service line. If you are like me and wish to speak to a person about your $600 chainsaw, find a different company. Bummer husqvarna I bought you for your reputation and now you have ruined it.
