      ****** purchased from ****** September 2024 and it quit working May 15th. I went to ***** to discuss my options and I was told to call ************** to schedule ***air evaluation. I called multiple times that weekend but no answer. I called Monday 5/19 and was on call :4 min 12 sec, 34 min 6 sec and 28 min49 sec. I was given a ticket # for service and when I called to verify with provider I was told they didn't service that area in ************. ON 3RD call I was given another ticket and told *** had talked to them and they would come Wed. 5/21 between 8-12. No one ever came. I called on May 21 I called and was on phone 36 min 57 sec and told they had to send it to management in service department to locate a service provider and that they would call back within 2 days. On Friday May 23 after call lasting33 min 3 sec I was told they had not found anyone to fix it. On Tuesday May 27 I am still on hold as I type this for 1 hour 57 min and when I went through chat room they told me they still have open ticket and management still looking for ***air person. We are a family of 4 and we need a refrigerator!!!! It expensive filling coolers with ice to have food when you have no refrigerator.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I am not satisfied  with Electrolux/ Frigidaire customer service in trying to get in contact with them for service/repair.  While I am happy to be getting a new refrigerator, I do not plan to purchase another Frigidaire. I was on the the phone for almost 3 hours today and have spent 10 plus hours over the past month! Time is valuable/precious and I do not appreciate them wasting my time.

      I purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher less than a year ago at ~$1,200 (including cords, hoses, and tax). The dishwasher has been used once. It then had an error code (E30) and has leaked water in my kitchen requiring me to ***lace large towels routinely. I have contacted Frigidaire/Electrolux customer service at least 6 times. On one occasion, the service technician didnt show or call. On two other occasions, a third-party service technician failed to resolve the matter. A customer service *** has since hung up on me, and to date (5/27/2025) this matter has not been resolved and I havent heard back from them since I last contacted them on 5/16/2025. I have also spent approximately. $500 for a plumber to disconnect the water and move the dishwasher to my garage to prevent additional water from entering my cabinets and flooring. I am sending them a certified letter in yet another attempt to resolve this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      No such repairs were completed on 5/15/2025 by 7H ************* as claimed in Electrolux's response. In fact, on 4/21/2025, 7H ************* advised me that the dishwasher was indeed in need of repairs, and that parts would be ordered. Because I had not received any additional information or follow-up, I reached back out to Electrolux on 5/6/2025 and was informed that Frigidaire/Electrolux would be taking over the repairs due to no follow-up from 7H *************. A Frigidaire/Electrolux technician was scheduled to arrive on 5/13/2025 but failed to show or call. I, once again, reached out to Electrolux regarding the no-show appointment and was told that I would receive a follow-up call regarding the no-show appointment. After receiving no returned call, i reached back out to Electrolux again on 5/16/2025 and was told that they could not provide service in my area, and Electrolux would have a third party contact me within 12 hours to schedule an appointment. As of today, 6/13/2025, I have not been contacted to schedule another appointment. At this point, after NUMEROUS failed attempts on my part to work with Electrolux to have the appliance repaired, I am requesting a full replacement, including all necessary hoses, etc., as setout in the Electrolux's Limited Warranty:  "Your appliance is covered by a one year limited warranty. For one year from your original date of purchase, Electrolux will pay all costs for repairing or replacing any parts of this appliance that prove to be defective... CUSTOMERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE PRODUCT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT..."

      I am rejecting this response because:

      7H ************* was scheduled to be at my residence today (6/20/2025) between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm CST to troubleshoot/repair the dishwasher. I took a day off from work to make sure that I could be here.  I received a call at 10:34 am CT, today on 6/20/2025, from **************** stating that they would NOT be coming today because they were losing money on this deal and that Frigidaire/Electrolux would not pay them to re-order parts and to repair the machine. 

      Again, after months of numerous attempts on my part to work with Electrolux/Frigidaire to have this machine repaired, today's attempt results in another no-show appointment, lost time from work, additional frustration, and still no functioning dishwasher with a hole in my kitchen cabinetry with exposed wires. I am requesting a FULL REFUND for the machine, so that I can replace the machine.

      I am rejecting this response because: On Friday, June 27th, I went to The ********** #**** at approximately 7:00 p.m. CST and spoke to ***** on the appliance showroom floor. At that time, ***** explained that Electrolux doesn't deal directly with **********, and that typically Electrolux will handle these matters directly with the customer by way of issuing refunds, etc. However, ***** took the time to look in **********'s computer system for any correspondence or information from Electrolux regarding this matter, including looking up the original order/online purchase. Ultimately, he found that no information or correspondence has been received by ********** #**** from Electrolux regarding this matter.

      On May 10th, my H333133353435333636**H refrigerator went out. Starting on May 12th, I called the manufacture to let them know what was going on with my refrigerator. At one point they told me that they would have to expedite a new refrigerator within 3-5 business days. This morning when I called, they told me it would take 7-10 business days. I just want to have my refrigerator ASAP as I haven&#**;t had a working fridge since May 10th.

      I purchased my washer/dryer in Nov of 2024. the initial issue was botched installation from the company that Electrolux contracts. A second installation team was sent and made the issue worse as the washer and pedestal were damaged. I had to call Electrolux and the installation team every day for almost a month, till I was finally connected to ***** and ********, who were excellent and helped me. They returned the damaged equipment, and a new washer and dryer were sent out. At the time I spoke to ******** she offered to ***lace everything due to the poor install, but I thought the dryer was okay. Of course, a few weeks later, it started making tons of noise. I called and a service tech came out, He had to ***lace the pulley, wheels and belt in a 4-month-old dryer! I found this very concerning, so I reached back out to Electrolux to speak to ********. the **** there refuse to let me speak to her and will only set a service call. The dryer is now making a sound like a motor revving up and down and the service tech is coming out again. I should NOT be experiencing issues of this magnitude with a 4-month-old dryer. The last *** I talked to at Electrolux told me that this is normal, they don't make appliances like they did in my grandparent's time, they are not made by hand, but in a factory. I have bought enough appliances to know that's BS and I think it's terrible that Electrolux does not think their own product is reliable. The *** suggested I purchase a 5-year warranty. Why should I have to spend more money, feels like a scam. I asked him to give me the warranty at no charge and then his response was that he used to be able to, but a week ago they went to a new system and no longer have the capability WHAT?!?! a new system not a policy change? Electrolux you have some work to do, you need competent employees and vendors, but more importantly you will need to build a reliable product. I really hope to hear from someone soon so I can understand my options for resolve

      In October 2024, our single-door Electrolux (Frigidaire) freezer stopped working. We followed all the proper steps, going through your website to find an authorized service provider. That repair visit alone cost us $600. Due to backorders and scheduling delays, the compressor wasnt repaired until February 2025.Unfortunately, that repair wasnt successful. The ice maker never started working and a week later the compressor had failed again. Weve been calling weekly ever since. Each time, weve been told a technician would be available soon. Weeks turned into months. We followed up consistently and were strung along with no resolution.Finally, we were told the unit could not be repaired. We had to fight to even begin the process of getting our $600 refunded. Since then, there has been no refund. We have called multiple times and the last time I called, they said they could not issue a refund. We paid to have them fix it and they did not fix it nor do that have anyone available in our area to fix it - therefore we are owed our money back!

      Hi *****,
      Im following up as the resolution provided is not acceptable. The original issue with the compressor was never properly fixed- the unit was not hooked up correctly and failed completely within a few weeks. When I called on April 7th (11:22am & 9:07am approx 3 1/2 hour phone call), the manager informed me (Electrolux can refer to the recorded call) that due to the lack of available technicians in our area, we would be reimbursed the full $600.

      We are requesting that reimbursement as promised, in addition to a more substantial discount on a replacement freezer. A 20% discount is not sufficient considering the time, stress, and lack of service we've experienced.

      This situation has dragged on for too long, and its clear the original repair did not resolve the issue. As there is no one in the area to complete the work and the compressor was never properly functioning, we are owed a full refund and a more meaningful resolution in good faith.

      Please confirm the next steps to process the $600 refund and the revised discount offer on a new freezer.

      I purchased this Frigidaire refrigerator on April 22, 2025, immediately the refrigerator would not dispense water or ice, I called and informed them and they say there are no service techs in the area and have not gotten back to me in over 2-3 weeks, now this defective refrigerator randomly shuts itself off, I contacted them again. And there simple response is they would get back to me, this is completely unexceptable. The refrigerator is obviously defective and needs to be replaced ASAP.

      The serviceman came and has determined faulty water valve in the refrigerator, however apparently it takes 2-3 weeks to receive the part from Electrolux, and then have to schedule another service, all meanwhile not having the water or ice feature available, apparently you do not get what you pay for. This must remain open until the product i bought actually works as intended.

      I purchased an appliance from them on the 18 of May. Ordered it 2 days air. Got email next day saying it was packaged and ready for shipment. 5 days later its still sitting there I have called 3 times. And the answer I get is supposedly it going to be there tomorrow. If I want a return I have to wait 14 business days to get it. In which they got their money immediately. I explained to them I was buying it for my camper for the holiday. Im still ok missing the unit for the holiday my family did ok without it. But to just be told supposedly the next day.

      Electrolux/Frigidaire has sent several Technicians over the last three years to fix the issue. The last visit, the Technician on 5/9/2025, stated that the refrigerator was irreparable. He further stated that Electrolux/Frigidaire would be in touch. Ever since that visit, no one at the Company has notes from his visit. I called numerous times, and the Representatives can't seem to help, nor to they seem to care. I understand that they got a new system, but that is not an excuse. The last straw was when I scheduled another Technician, they wanted to charge me for a visit outside of warranty, which I have an extended warranty, purchased through Electrolux/Frigidaire, and it is not expired. I guess another of my issues with them is that every time I asked for a Manager/Supervisor, they told me none were available. I really just want them to honor what they are supposed to do.

      I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on June 1st of 2024. In December I noticed that the entire back wall of my freezer was completely frozen over. No drawers were able to pull out and the water had seeped into the internal components of the fridge and rusted it out at the base. A place you cannot access. Three techs have been out. The first in December. He told me the reason for the ice up was a clog in my 6 month old fridge that has never been hooked up to water. 1st tech told me at that time that rust is considered cosmetic. A few days later the ticket was closed without anyone addressing the rust pouring out the bottom of my fridge and onto my brand new flooring. I called back and a second tech came out. 2nd tech was appalled at what he was looking at. He said it was a miracle that my fridge was still running and that nothing had shorted out. He said my electrical box was sagging meaning water had gotten into it. He told me someone would contact me in 1-3 business days and no one ever contacted me. I fought to get a third tech out here and his solution was to clean the rust that he could physically get to but would not address the fact that an internal component has rusted out. He did not speak the same language I did so trying to effectively communicate the problem was met with laughing. We were literally using a translating app. I dont want to be laughed at for wanting an appliance to work the way its meant to. I do not have an issue with him not speaking my language. I have an issue with being able to properly explain what is going on and why I am dissatisfied with the help Ive received from Frigidaire which has been absolutely zero. They have opened three tickets and closed them without communicating anything to me. Im not upset I can see rust. Im upset that a brand new fridge has rusted out and no one wants to do anything to fix it. I have videos and more docs of the fridge and my interactions but cannot upload them.

      Purchased a new Electrolux oven from Lowes in November of 2024 - model #GCFG3661AF. Realized after we went to bake cookies in it a few days after having it delivered and installed that the unit was defective. After preheating, the oven shuts itself off and all electronics are unresponsive. Six + months, and 5 visits from various repair companies later and we still do not have a functioning oven. To make matters worse, the unit is now leaking gas and poses a danger to our family, where previously wed be able to use the top stove burners even though the oven is not functional. Weve made repeated requests to replace the defective unit but are met with additional appointments for more opinions to come and assess. from other repair companies. Each tech guesses at whats wrong with the unit and they leave without actually fixing it. They seem to be doing anything they can to not honor the warranty and Im tired and fed up with their support line. Replace the unit or refund my money. I should also be seeking reimbursement the the amount Im of time Ive spent away from work to be present for the technician appointments.
