      Purchased an extended warranty for my living room AC. We are in the middle of the summer and I cannot use my living room as the ac has mold and needs to be replaced. Filed a replacement claim and have been getting the run around from them for over a month. Every time I call it's a different story. Spoke with 2 managers now and it's the same story every time "the back office is working on it" or "your original claim was sent to the wrong department". Electrolux used to be a reputable company... Frustrated and infuriated at this point. They should be shut down! The amount of the extended warranty isn't much but it's the principle of it all. If you get a warranty, it should be honored. Looks like I'm not the only one getting the run around. What are you gonna do about this BBB?!?

      This new Frigidaire gas stove, delivered by ********** on June 17, 2025, is a serious fire hazard. The oven flames are excessively high, burning food, making it impossible to use. Similarly, the stovetop burners produce such high flames that they blacken pots with soot, even on the lowest setting. The Quick start guide in the packet, states that the flames should not extend beyond the outer edge of the pan.I've repeatedly contacted the Electrolux/Frigidaire hotline, but they've offered consistently poor customer service, demonstrating an inability to resolve my issue or send the correct parts, despite the stove being less than 30 days old. The warranty is useless. After numerous calls, they finally expedited a "converter kit," but it turns out they only sent one part for a single burner, not the complete kit promised. i have 5 burners! To make matters worse, they've informed me I can't return this defective appliance. Electrolux/Frigidaire should be bending over backward to fix this, but their handling of the situation has been an extraordinary failure. I've wasted days on the phone, trying to order the correct parts, and constantly being told I need "managerial approval." Despite all my calls and my efforts, I received no updates on when to expect the parts. Now, even though a delivery arrived, it was only one part, which doesn't solve anything. I'm stuck with a completely useless stove.Electrolux/Frigidaire should be bending over backward to fix this, but their handling of the situation is an extraordinary failure.       I purchased a Frigidaire dehumidifier that stopped working after approximately two months of use. I contacted Electrolux customer service, and after multiple phone calls, I was told that my request for a replacement would be processed. I had submitted all required documentation, and the unit is still well within its warranty period (less than a year old).Despite assurances from several representatives that my claim was being handled, nearly two months have passed without any resolution, timeline, or meaningful follow-up. Each time I inquire, I receive vague responses or am told the matter is "in process," with no real accountability or progress.This experience has been deeply frustrating and feels like a dead-end with no resolution in sight. Based on this, I will not be purchasing another Frigidaire product again. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter, as consumers deserve responsive, transparent service. Especially when dealing with warranty claims on defective products. It is unacceptable for a reputable company to leave customers without support or resolution.

      I have a fridge still under warranty and had stopped twice and they have not solved my problem and won't replace it ! I have lost 2 refrigerators full of food !

      Electrolux is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought a washer and dryer from Lowes and within 1-2 months the machines had issues. We called service and they have never been able to repair it. After 4-5 service calls, taking multiple days off of work to accommodate the service calls, they still will not replace my units. I just want a washer and dryer that will wash my clothes and dry them. I have videos and picture proof and when I ask them where to send it to, they say send it to the email-which is a do not reply. How does that work?! The repair service techs that came out even saw the older washer and dryer sitting in our garage and said those are better than the junk in there. No one knows what they are doing. Now they say that I have to pay for an extended warranty to get a new washer and dryer. Im not paying anything. Again, do not ever deal with them!

      Purchased a home 3/1/2025 with all new Frigidaire kitchen appliances. The refrigerator air damper is not sealed properly causing refrigerator to not cool and the freezer to completely frost up. Started my repair journey on 4/25/2025 where the air damper issue was determined on 2nd repair attempt. Local repair contacted "Frigidaire repair" team to validate findings and it was determined a replacement would be the next step. Two months later and I am still waiting for the "back office" is what I continue to be told. I feel the customer service team and warranty teams are severly misaligned with the customer. I have made a weekly call to support and am personally playing the role as the customer service and warranty representatvie since return calls and emails are initiated by me.

      I own a Frigidaire double door refrigerator with bottom freezer. I had the Electrolux extended warranty on it. The refrigerator part stopped getting cold but the freezer worked. I contacted Electrolux and they had a service company come out. The service co replaced part after part but the retrig did not work. After over two months the wanted me to let them try other things rather than making a decision to give me a prorated refund. Living without a retrig that long was horrible. I finally went out and purchased a new retrig. The point being it was totally unreasonable to have someone live without a retrig for over two months. Not happy with them and their decision process.

      Disgusting unprofessional scum! Bought refrigerator 6 months ago, BROKE. THAWED EVERYTHING AND DESTROYED MY MEDS WOTH $16,000. WAS TOLD WE CAN GET OUT TO IN IN A MONTH. A MONTH FOR A REFRIGERATOR UNDER WARRANTY. WHEN U CALL THE UNPROFESSIONAL SCUM HANG UP ON UOU!

      I paid to have my oven serviced on 5/2/25. I have stayed home from work four times for a technician to come to my home. It is 6/24/25 and had my fourth appointment this morning but it was cancelled because the parts were delayed but I have the parts at my house. They were delivered last week. I've called three times today and keep asking to speak to management but no help. They keep rescheduling appointments without asking if I'm available. At this point I have paid for a service that they refuse to complete. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and no way to get any one to help me. No managers. No supervisors. They have taken $328 from me with nothing to show for it.

      I have been trying going on 7 months to get service on a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator. I have made nearly 30 phone calls between ********** service and ********** Service Technicians. I have continually lied to about someone coming out and parts ordered. Now I am told there is no one available to service my refrigerator. I asked if I had a nearby appliance store repair it would the reimburse me and they told me no. It had to be ********** which is about 50 miles away. When I mention that I was told when I purchased the refrigerator if could not be fix after six months it would be replaced, they won't ackowledge it. I will never recommend a Frigedaire product again.
