      Every time I call to ask for help, I am talking to someone I can NOT UNDERSTAND & they do not understand me. I know for sure that if I have to I buy another Thermostat I will make sure it is not with this company or in anyway affiliated with. I live in ******* I speak English I should have to talk to anyone who is speaking broken English or has such a harsh accent making to difficult and frustrating to continue even after asking for someone else who speaks English or a ************** get the same results **** wifi thermostat ( th9320wf5003 ) not calibrated right & has never been Tell me lies misleading leading me which cost me $$$

      I ordered a cash box that is difficult to maneuver. I requested to return it weeks ago. To date, no one has sent a return authorization after several contacts.

      I purchased a honeywell model RTH9590 and never had any issues with it , this past week a service tech said that the thermostat works however there is an issue with the thermostat board as its not cooling , only fan. I called support and they verified this. I am asking even though it might be out of warranty a customer courtesy to replace my existing one with a new or refurbished one.

      I purchased a 2 lights from ********************************************* These lights have a 3 year warranty.One of the lights went bad after a year (since then a second one has gone bad but at this point I cant get any resolution with the first one so have not even bothered with the second) Filed all necessary paperwork for the warranty, and it is being processed but it has been 20 weeks and all I get are continued responses that they are sorry for the delay and I will get my product as soon as possible (started the process in March and it is now ***************** want my light sent to **** am sending a copy of the last email response

      March of 2023 this company Honeywell told me they didn't have replacement bulbs for my string lights anymore. Model St122A114120 which has a 5 year warranty. So they said they would send me a new set of string lights 36 ft long with different bulbs in it . So I said ok . That was over 3 months ago and evertime I call them they say I should get them soon they sent the order to the warehouse. I called them at least 3 or 4 times and get the same story. I think this Honeywell company has this sky **** ************ handleing these lights. Please help me get this replacement.       I purchased a ceiling fan last year which no longer accepts any commands from the remote. The issue is the ** receiver that connects to the electricity and back out to the ceiling fan. I called the warranty number in May of 2023 and someone told me someone would call me back within 2 weeks. That didnt happen. I called them back in June and July and same excuse claiming there was no record of my call. I am fed up as this is a warranty item. I need for them to correct this mistake and send me the replacement part. They cant keep ignoring their customers and warranty items,

      I bought a ***** btu airconditioner. It started off fine, though as time went buy, there has been extensive leaking from the unit, weather i use the unit or not. I requested a refund, and they refused and said they would send a new unit. I am also concerned about the warning p65 warning, which they did not disclose on their web site.       I bought a Honeywell Dehumidifier model TP70AWKN, Serial Number *********** on 10/31/2021 and last year, around September, one of its 2 LED displays (that show humidity levels) began showing one of the leds off. At that time, I didnt contact the warranty support, because it was a minor issue.However, beginning of December 2022, the second display (now the top of the unit display), started presenting the same type of problem. It was when I made the first contact to Honeywell warranty support (via JMATEK North America LLC. By the way, currently the problem is even worse: now there are more leds off in both of the displays. ALL the requested information was provided right after the first contact, via email, including proof of purchase, serial number, description of the problem and pictures of the displays showing the issues. A number was assigned to the case 00097387.After several back and forth emails exchanged with ****** from JMATEK (email: ******************* this week he requested additional pictures, to better identify the problem. I provided those, and as I said, at this time, showing that the problem has worsened.The answer received was that the cant do anything, as the first year warranty expired on 10/31/2022, despite I have emphasized that the original problem began about 2 months before that date.Im wondering if this is really the proper and fair position of the company, since the issue initiated before the warranty period to expire, and its getting worse overtime. I admittedly did not contact them before, because when the first problem happened, it was a minor problem.

      Ordered thermostat 1/4/22..couldnt find an electrician until November. Only used it a handful of times before it completely melted all the wires to the unit. It got so hot that it melted metal to metal. It didnt trip our breaker. After having to search extensively for customer service I got on a chat with customer service. They stated Im past my warranty. They also stated I needed my proof of purchase & receipt from electrician. A written receipt from an electrician is proof of nothing in my eyes! I can go buy an invoice book and create my own receipt. Im not trying to get anything more than my $17 for them trying to burn my house down. It shouldnt be so difficult to take me on my word. Especially when there are several identical reviews on Amazon. If I wanted to be difficult I should charge them for my electrician coming to install, then he had to come diagnose, and now he has to install a new one! Thats over $200 for my electrician because of their faulty product.

      I purchased a New Honeywell whole home Humidifier model 280 about 2yrs ago. It remained in box until I was able to replace my entire HVAC furnace which happened last month. As a technician went to install the Humidifier professionally. There was no function upon completion. I was told that its either the Solenoid or the Pressure Switch malfunction. I called Honeywell where I was transferred to a 3rd party company named Resideo Who has parts for these machines. Besides that staff being rude. They acknowledged my complaint and did send me a new Solenoid upon goodwill. Upon my technician installing it.Im still having the same problems. So I called back and spoke to a manager who rudely stated that he was not going to assist me anymore since they already sent me a part. Instead of customer satisfaction they decided to leave me with a broken Humidifier which is fully installed. I believe they should show some customer satisfaction and just send me a replacement machine knowing that these machines go bad as stated on reviews. Im am seeking a refund for the value of my machine cost from Menards or a replacement sent ASAP!Model# NE2804.2001
