Do not give them your information. They tell you that they will send you the information, but what they do is give out your phone number to everyone listed in their database. Then you have to deal with that for the next 2 weeks. Not helpful at all! A phone book is better, Because at least your in control of who you contact instead of everyone contacting you.

Do not provide your information to their representative. We were advised we would be given contact information for *********** Providers to allow us to investigate the facility before having Caring.com arrange a visitation appointment. Within minutes of our phone conversation with ************************* a senior advisor, we were inundated with phone calls and emails to confirm appointments that we did not request since we were given no time to research the specific facility. Now it seems if we contact and sign on with any of these facilities Caring.com will be entitled to their negotiated fee. My opinion is they have not done any meaningful effort to warrant any fee. It also seems if another advocate brings us to one of these facilities they will have earned the fee, not the person actually assisting our efforts to place our family member.Caring.com
