Took them months to install..they won't answer texts.or ph.. They.wont return ph. Messages..They don't come when there supposed to. My s ystem was compleated in Nov. It's almost Feb. My system still doesn't work .I'm paying 300 a month for solar and 300 a month for dominion energy.On top of that we were lied.to by the salesman when we signed up..Top-tier was a huge mistake for.us.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

We see from our system that you spoke with a customer success manager regarding your concerns and they informed you that your system has only been fully activated for one month by the time you left this review, but per SolarEdge, the production for the month of December (only full month so far) met the estimate and ******* is on track to meet the production estimate. Additionally, your system was reviewed by a manager with you over the phone and was explained to you how it works. I see from other comments our problem is common. We were promised our solar panels woiuld produce enough electricity to offset almost all our *********** bill or at least enough to offset our solar 25 year loan monthly payment. This is definitely NOT the case. We have reached out through their customer service email and not gotten any response. I would definitely not recommend this company. I beg homeowners not to fall for the great sales pitch. I so wish we had not.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

However, you claim that you never received a response, but we have record of the email sent back to you on Tue, Jan 23, **** at 2:06PM from ******************************************* As was stated in the response, we investigated your system and saw that there aren't any issues with the system. The system appears to be on pace to meet what we have estimated within your Solar Proposal. We have built the system to offset 42% of your annual consumption. This was estimated based on the utility bill provided at the time of sale. This can change based upon the amount of energy used by the household. If more power is used, the lower the offset can be. What we can control here is the amount of production your panels produce. If there is any issue with the system, we can then perform services to remedy them.In your first year of production, we can perform an annual review. We can make sure the system is working as specified within your proposal and if they somehow fall short, we can certainly look into how to make things right. Please be sure to contact us around that time so we may go over it with you. It is important to note your system's power will be used in real time. As the sun is out and shining, then your household will be independent from the grid as long as power usage doesn't go over what your panels are producing. Any power drawn during early morning or evening hours will be pulled from your power company.Review fromPeter I
