Top-tier Solar solutions is an excellent solar company. Extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They will walk you through every step. Plenty of people in the company to lend advice. Fast and easy set up. Highly recommended.

This company is a scam like many. I lost money and they lied about the credit. I have been working for more than two years and almost more than a year and a half since the panels worked. I realized I was paying for nothing. Now that I replaced ******* they left my patio dirty and messy. They just apologize and say we're sorry it didn't live up to my expectations. I am disappointed and frustrated with this company. That is why we must go to all levels so that this fraud is brought to the highest level of justice for the consumer since they have taken the name of the Federal and **************** for this fraud.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

*****, Your review contains extremely false and libelous allegations. First, you never had to pay for your system while it was not operational as Top Tier reimbursed you for all of your panel payments until your system was fully activated, which means that you were not "paying for nothing." Also, we did not leave your patio dirty. We have photos from the date of service from the technicians who serviced your home which show the state that the home was left in and there is no indication that your patio was left in any sort of mess. Further, you have failed to pay for the full amount that was due despite our continuous efforts to collect the remaining balance of $1,500 from you since you only paid half. As such, we will have to send you to collections for the remaining balance. We're disappointed that after working so closely with you as a customer that you would leave such an untrue review. Top Tier has completely upheld all of our contractual obligations to you and gone above and beyond for you as a customer.Review fromBrianna O

Top Tier has an amazing staff that was able to help whenever. I never had trouble with communication and felt like they took the time to answer any question I had. The install process went great and they were up quick! Their team kept me consistently updated and made the process smooth. Highly recommend using them if youre thinking about getting solar panels.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC
