1 starI would not give them 1 star . Worst company ever. All lies and 72k. Was just threatened by a manager that I'm still going to be liable for the loan. If you want To know how awful they are. We were told that we could easily remove them when we moved. Now they can't be moved a bunch of fees blah blah blah. What a rip off companyReview fromRagan K

Please do take some time to do as much research as possible before investing in solar power.1. I was approached by a Top Tier Solar rep and got a quote of $27k for a system size of ~4.5kw . I had little to minimum idea about solar back then . I declined the offer 2. I was again approached by a person higher up the rank who told me that I could get a similar system for $10k less. Offered me incentives for ~$1.7k. I DID NOT do my proper research on how much other providers were offering and went with the Top Tiers offer 3. Speaking to friends I realized that people were getting offers on system sizes of ~7kw for ~*****k from Tesla, Freedom forever etc. I should have stopped from proceeding right when the offer was taken down from $27k to $17k 4. I was assigned a customer service rep with whom I had to send multiple messages to get an answer. Never really tried to address my too concern . Always had to reach out to the persons boss to get things done 5. Took a solid 2 months from the point my loan started till I had solar power. I strongly believe that this duration could have been shortened if my rep was bit more proactive Overall - Most of the people I communicated were good but I got a very bad deal for the the money Im paying and almost every other Solar provider seems to have a better offer than Top Tier Solar.Will NEVER recommend TOP TIER SOLAR to anyone purely from a cost perspective Ill probably post another review on performance in a few weeksTop Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

However, Top Tier Solar Solutions is an all-inclusive solar company, and we only use premium-quality products to ensure optimum results in our systems. Our records do show that we were able to install your system and get you permission to operate in under 40 days, which is an incredibly quick turnaround. Additionally, our records show that your dedicated Customer Success Manager was in frequent communication with you and responded to all of your inquiries for information. We do apologize if their communication fell short of your expectations. Overall, your system was up and running in an extraordinary amount of time and is producing well. 1 starhorrible company DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY sales rep came & had us sold with him saying we wouldnt have an electric bill and would only have to pay the loan back on top of that the company has horrible customer service and never on time to appointments so now were stuck with a loan after being lied to and taken advantage of and misled oh were paying 270 for the loan and 160 to the electric company and before getting the solar panels we were paying 160 so please tell me how according to them we use to much power ? but the bill is the same as it was before getting the panels NO SENSE AT ALLL we were taken advantage of & we need these panels GONE & nobody is fixing the problem if I could give them 0 stars I would .Review fromcharles j
