3 starsOn August 25 I left a review about top-tier solar solutions and my level of dissatisfaction of the process and service I received. My panels are still not turned on but at least the owner of the company reached out to me to try to come to common grounds about the resolution. *** I really appreciated that!!!- I learned that the inspector can take a lot longer than anticipated and that is out of their company's control. The fix to that in my opinion is to not have the salesman give a timeframe for completion or if they give a longer time frame and the completion of the project is done sooner than expected the customer is a much happier individual.- As far as the 10kW battery on the house, I found out that I should've never been sold that. It will not solve the problem that I wanted to be solved. That was simply misinformation due to a lack of training to the salesman which can be fixed with better training. I am currently waiting on the owner to get back with me on a final price to have a whole home generator system put on the house instead if the price is right. - when a customer is spending almost $50,000 on a project they should feel proud of their purchase. Having the owner of Top Tier call me made me feel a lot better as a valued customer and that my satisfaction actually mattered and when spending that kind of money I truly appreciated that. I'm hoping that when everything is all said and done I will feel like I made the best investment. Hopefully everything will work out and when I leave a final review the company will get the 5 star review any company should strive for. Thank you ********************* (Owner)Review fromKorey W

Overall customer service is great, it's a process with inspections but once everything is done, it should be worth it for us in a month for two. I would recommend, and gave told neighbors who asked about the company and process.
