Wonderful experience from initial sales to activation of system. Salesperson was knowledgeable and easy to follow. Best of all not pushy at all. Installers were on time, respectful, and left my house inside and out cleaner than when they arrived. My customer service manager was always available and saw to it that the whole process was flawless.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

Top Tier has top notch service. They installed my solar within one week and the day of installation was quick and painless even with an 8 month old baby! 1 starThey were quick to meet & get the panels on my roof back in June but taken 2 months for inspection. I just had my inspection 8/10 & it failed for 1 tiny thing. The Top Tier tech makes the small correction. Now I'm told that my follow up inspection to pass everything so ************** can change my meter out is scheduled 41 days from now! There is no way to get a follow up inspection before 41 days when the tech only had to make a 15 min fix? I went with Top Tier was because of the reviews on BBB 4.5 A+ & ****** reviews of 4.6. The ****** reviews were mostly from **** where the company did most of it's work before expanding to VA. The sales guy that I met with assured me this process should take about 5 to 6 weeks to be up & running. I trusted this information because the sales guy lives in VA & should have an ideal on how long it takes for our state to get everything going with a solar project. It has been a complete horrible experience!! The installers were perfect & professional & I had no issues with them. I find huge ******************* with project management at Top Tier. If they are too far behind & spread thin with ***************************** of local county rules, then this information should be stated in the beginning so potential customers can decide if they will choose this company. I have lost complete trust with is company!! As a customer that will now be paying for a ********************** panel loan while still paying a power bill, I feel let down & mislead. For anyone in the VA area that are thinking of going ***************************** come across Top Tier Solar Solutions, I would do some more research on other companies who have already serviced the VA area. As of now I can not recommend doing business with this company. They have misrepresented themselves to ********** commitment to ensuring this company is the one to make the switch to solar with. If I could get the panels removed & cancel my loan I would!Review fromApril L

No complaints with this company whatsoever. I wasnt interested in solar panels (if its not broke dont fix it).But they made getting solar panels make sense for me, which ultimately lead me to get solar panels. The incentives they offered I couldnt resist, and I like that I will get a tax credit. The companys owner offered to pay the difference for 2 years because the amount of the monthly bill was a little more than I wanted to pay. This company seems like they care about their customers and not just want their money.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

Top Tier had made the process of switching to solar quick and easy. They have great communication and customer service and I felt I was well informed every step of the way.
