We just got our solar panels turned on and while it took quite a while (because of the county not because of Top Tier) they have been very professional and courteous. They even reimbursed ** for the months payments were due but the system wasn't active. Overall, our experience has been great so far!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

I feel great about recently going Solar back in December of 2022. I also chose to go with a company that has really impressed me with their work, professionalism and dedication. Incredibly nice and friendly staff from the in person meetings to the personal phone calls. Very accommodating to my hectic schedule working nights as well. Had a small issue on *********** with them running out of panels but they fixed it the next day and apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Highly recommend!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

The professional staff that installed the solar panels were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did not stop until the installation was perfect. I have received prompt response from the staff regarding all my questions as I am new with this technology. Top Tier Solutions worked efficiently and effectively to complete our solar project. Their team worked very hard to complete the project within the time allotted, and were very kind and helpful. They were able to answer any and all questions I had. Then, the inspection came back approved, showing that the work they did does not need follow up. Top Tier was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Coming from ** and I live in **, they showed up at the time they said they would. All the work was completed in a day and they cleaned up as if they had never been there. The work looks great and very pleased with the whole process. Everyone was and is still helpful with any questions I may have and has kept me updated with where everything is in the process and what to expect.
