1 starZero stars.. spoke to the salesperson in February, installed panels in the rain.. on my roof hello OSHA issue failed first inspection and have been told twice that inspectors were coming back out and never showed up. Its now 4 months later and still not working but yet the loan company drafts their money so Im paying two bills one for something not even on. We have called and been promised calls back and we have to keep calling. This is awful!Review fromKassey C

Their staff was helpful and answered any and all my questions and concerns. They helped me on my quest to solar energy. They were quick with install and helping me get all the necessary applications/ approvals. ***** walked me through the app and how to understand what I everything meant. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been interested in solar energy for several years now. Top Tier Solutions answered my needs. I was able to finance security system, new metal roof and the solar panels connecting to the power grid. Excellent communication and service going through the process of getting our solar system installed and set up. There is a lot of "behind the scenes" work that needs to be done with the county and power company, and they took care of all of that. All we had to do was be home for inspections, and turn the system on once everything was finalized. Great experience all around!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

The install process with Top Tier went well - took one day for roofing install and panels install [my package included a new roofing installed prior to electrical panel installation]. Of course, after that there were some expected delays that were resolved expeditiously with assistance I provided to help our home get certified as an electrical energy producer on the grid [lots of paperwork hoops to jump through - with license, inspect prior and during install, re-inspect after final install, and then final clearance to operate our solar panels]. I was kept up to date with phases in the project with project managers, who regularly communicated with me on this project. Started the process [17-March 23], panels activated last week [31-May-23]. However, something has frustrated me just at the close of this effort, and is worth mentioning. That is, getting on the phone with the right person to provide me with Top Tier monitoring hub access - with an "EnPhase Email" - as I was told to expect from the gent who set up the IQ4 HUB in our home [see attached image of the IQ4 Hub]. This gent also assisted me with installation of the Top Tier iPhone application. to monitor my solar panels [see 1st phone screenshot attached - similar to the IQ4 Hub installed here]. I called Top Tier and was informed that the process could take up to another 15 days to assign an account identifier [?] Was also given instruction by another Top Tier resource that I had to have a SolarEdge account created to monitor the system.I do have a question for Top Tier; do we use both electronic monitoring tools - or either of the tools?Hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the conflicting and incomplete information from Top Tier provided me to monitor the electricity produced when I switched on my solar panels in the grid [btw - Would have given you folks at Top Tier 4 stars if I could have :-)].Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

Do not give them your information!! When the installer came I told him I did NOT want them running my credit until I made a decision and they did so anyway without my permission! I got a letter from Goodleap which I guess is the credit reporting company they use a couple weeks after they came!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

When you met with one of our consultants, they designed a specific proposal for your home that showed what it would cost for you to go solar. In order to do so, our consultant gathered information from you in order to get a quote from a financier on what your system would cost based on your specific circumstances.
