1 starAt the front of the ****** *************** there is a NO SOLICITING SIGN. And most of our homes have it posted at our front doors as well. I understand these employees have a job to do like one clearly told me . BUT multiple times weve opened and told them NICELY that were not interested and close the door only for them to knock again and ignoring us telling them again were not interested. They usually hide their shirt to not have their company name visible but this one guy did today. I understand sales. But when someone says NO not once not twice but over 10 times in one week.Move on !!! Stop being a pest and stop disrespecting people at their homes.

1 starI have had my solar panels on my house in ************ **** they were put on in Feb. wellI am still waiting for them to turn it on They blamed *** power *** that PWC was putting new meters in well I called Pwc the other day this is not true then they promised me they would pay for my electric bill for three months havent seen that either I call them they have refused to call me back so I now am paying for a electric bill plus a electric bill I was hoping someone could help me with thisTop Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

We did check the notes on your account and when your system was installed, PWC would not allow us to activate the system until their new net metering program was rolled out to customers. Additionally, we have added you to our reimbursements list to cover the cost of your system for the period of time it has not been activated. We have asked your project manager to contact you to explain this again to you and answer any further questions you may have. We apologize that this process has not met your expectations, but we are awaiting permission from PWC and will activate your system as soon as we are allowed.Review fromJoseph H

5 starsThe folks at Top Tier have been so amazing and easy to work with! We are so happy with the process and the results so far with our solar panels in *********. Every step of the way they have been transparent and detailed. I always knew what was happening and what would happen next. 5 starsAwesome customer service!!! When the guys came out for installation, they arrived on time and the installation process was completed in a timely manner. They made sure they cleaned up after themselves which was an A+ for me. Customer service manager ensured all of my questions were answered and kept me well informed on the next steps to come.
