Our experience with Top Tier Solar Solutions from start to finish was such a great experience! From the initial consultation to the installation, which didnt take long at all, to the inspection to turning our solar system on.everyone involved were just so nice and professional. Ive had to file police reports due to their salesman beating on my door then running off after we asked them to stop beating(not knocking) on our door. We have a posted no soliciting sign, we ask them to leave through our video doorbell, they act pretend like they cannot hear it, (which has been quality checked) forcing you to the door to stop them from beating on the door. They continuously wake our sleeping baby at 8pm at night. Weve called the company and left our contact information, they refuse to return phone calls. The soliciting continues.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

3 starsThe folks at Top Tier have been so amazing and easy to work with! We are so happy with the process and the results so far with our solar panels. I greatly appreciate my team. The initial sales rep was fantastic. My customer care person who manages my account is so kind and attentive to our needs. We are literally a text away from support. *** never worked with a company that had so much integrity about how my money was spent. Definitely recommend them!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

5 starsVery glad with ***************** since the begining when they came to my home and gave to me the quotation and the approval for the solars panels, the installation was on time and the crowd was kindly people and very professional, and the people I had catch at the office very nice and they answer all my questio. 1 starThe entire process was long, agonizing, and a pain. From the start where ******* came to design my system and promises were made that he shouldn't have made unknown to me about tax credits that would go back to the loan company and the system providing power if the grid goes down. So I signed up based on this. Next the problems started in appointments being made and no one showing up with on call, then crews showing up with no heads up at all. Once install started I was told the design I agreed on could not be done, he showed me the wrong panels and the system would NOT provide power if grid goes down, had to spend hours on the phone to get corrected. Next mistake, after install, the inspector came out and said he can't inspect if the wires are not installed. 3 weeks later a crew came out to finish install. Signed contract in November and system turned on may 8th. Next issue the loan started January and top tier has been reimbursing me the loan amount, but with the system turned on now, I still have a power bill due end of month, I called top tier and was told there done so " I have to pay both, sorry " through legal terms. I TRULY regret dealing with this company and would love to cancel contact and have everything removed from houseReview fromAlexus S

At the front of the ****** *************** there is a NO SOLICITING SIGN. And most of our homes have it posted at our front doors as well. I understand these employees have a job to do like one clearly told me . BUT multiple times weve opened and told them NICELY that were not interested and close the door only for them to knock again and ignoring us telling them again were not interested. They usually hide their shirt to not have their company name visible but this one guy did today. I understand sales. But when someone says NO not once not twice but over 10 times in one week.Move on !!! Stop being a pest and stop disrespecting people at their homes.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC
