      The workers at Top Tier seem to genuinely care about doing things the right way. You can see it in how they speak and how they follow up. It's the kind of company that leaves a solid impression.

      On June 2, 2025, at approximately 2:45 PM, a salesman named **** from Top Tier Solar Solutions, representing Bright Sun Solar, came to my home despite a clearly posted No Soliciting sign. After a brief, polite conversation where I declined his solar offer and wished him a good day, **** became hostile. He threatened to return and cut off the power to my home. When I confronted him, he repeated the threat. This behavior is intimidating, unprofessional, and potentially illegal. I strongly urge Top Tier Solar Solutions to address this employees conduct and ensure it doesnt happen to others. I cannot recommend this company based on this alarming experience.

      Top Tier is a great, affordable option for solar. They are flexible and able to help their clients save money!

      They use harassment as a sales tactic.Their door-to-door sales people come at ALL HOURS, are borderline violent when asked to vacate the premises, record homeowners and attempt to instigate "*****" moments.
