      I called AAA for a tow job from a local **** Dealership to a suspension specialist. I called at 4pm, was told the driver would be at p/u @ 502pm, then 555pm, then 615pm.at 630pm thirty minutes after the dealership service closed the driver still hadnt shown up. We had zero contact with driver. We canceled p/u since they still hadnt shown up. This company is ridiculous, they obviously have no oversight on their vendors. When you call they have no solutions

      I bought a batttery from triple and it had a 6 year warranty.. they had to jump my car 3 times after 2 years of owning the battery. The 2nd time I got a jump the young man ****** said if they had to jump it again I would get a new battery. Well the 3rd guy was totally disrespectful and said it wasnt the battery. I had to go buy a battery at a local place for which Im sending receipt s . Ive sent triple a my stuff to get a refund in the beginning of December and called every week to find out where my refund was. Theyve been giving me the run around and so I sent it again March 1 and now and since Ive been trying to get my money, they put my on hold for extended time and nobody seems to want to give me my money, yet I now get emails galleries re to renew my membership. Horrible please help me. ***********************

      Howdy last week I decided to go on AAA Carolinas website to get a renters insurance and auto insurance quote and once there it informed me renters cants be wrote online I would have to find an agent/ agency to get an appointment and go into their office to get a policy I immediately started to look for people licensed to write policies with AAA so I can pick who I would like to execute my paperwork and let them draw up a policy for me instead I got a *************************** in my emails and calls from a few days later which she is in advisor and not an agent I sent an email saying my auto insurance quote was very high for one of the liability quotes for the *********** being minimum coverage is between $430/ $451 and she insisted I call as if we couldn't discuss this difference I feel as though after I checked everything that applied to my needs during the quote process the system still wrote a higher quote as if my name is attached to extra fees for some reason because I have several quotes from other insurance companies after tasting out who has the best prices and services and they were excellent AAA Carolina also didn't offer me a 12 month quote just month to month for $42.12 or 6 months paid in full for quote ending in **** I feel this company is not very vertical when it comes to agents/ agencies of color and doesn't offer much to work off when paying any money you could choose who you want to insure you and not to what the business puts out to you respectfully ******

      Car broke down. Called AAA, rude and hateful. Waited 5 hours beside the road for a tow to come. They requested a tow from ************* 2 hours away. This is the third time someone in my family has been made to wait over at least 3 hours. AAA should to be a quality company but no longer. I would like to send them a complain also but cannot find a place to do.

      On 4/6/2022 at 4:20PM I contacted AAA Carolinas as my vehicle serpentine belt had come off the idler and the vehicle was inoperable. I was told they would send a tow truck to have it towed and I must wait with the vehicle. I told them I couldn't wait on the side of the interstate for two to three hours (20 weeks pregnant and type 1 diabetes) and i was assured that it would not be 2 hours and someone should be there in approximately 25 minutes. We ended the call and I received a text message that my driver had been scheduled and someone would arrive around 4:39PM only 25 minutes later. After waiting 50 minutes, 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I got another I then decided my only option was to walk to buy the necessary tools to fix the belt and prevent a serious medical emergency that was on the horizon. Assuring me it would not be 2 hours and telling me I had to wait with the vehicle to be towed prevented me from getting a ride share service or someone to pick me up and allow us to wait while safely treating rapidly dropping blood sugar levels. I walked nearly 3 miles total to return and try to repair the vehicle on the side of a busy interstate in my business clothes in urgent need to towed or picked up while AAA, the driver or dispatcher had canceled the service call unbeknownst to me. All the while my girlfriend called AAA 4 different times to get rerouted and sent to multiple different departments, none of which could tell us where our driver was. We then were informed the driver had canceled or deleted the road service and NO ONE was coming for us. We had been canceled! No one followed up, no one verified we had been towed, no one even made us aware that we werent minutes from being rescued or left for dead on the interstate. We were then given another service schedule and finally picked up around 7:10PM nearly 3 hours after originally breaking down and calling and being PROMISED it would be nowhere near 2 hours before someone was there to tow us.

      I purchased a basic AAA membership with my credit card for my sister and nephew ( membership # ****************). Their names are ************************* and *************************. It was $64.00 total for both and stated that it would be effective 1/7/22023. I received an email stating that the membership was accepted and their membership cards would be mailed within 10 to 14 days. They have never received their membership cards. I have also received two bills for an additional charge of $104.00 for their membership. The total was to be the $64.00 which I have already paid. This appears to be a bait and switch type of fraud to me. I have tried calling their customer (no ) ********************** several times. I am told to ignore the bills that continue to come and that their membership cards are on the way. Actions speak louder than words, because neither have received their membership cards. I have been a member of this club for over 25 years and am disappointed in their behavior in this matter. Please help them honor these memberships which have been confirmed in their email and stop sending additional bills which are not warranted. Thank you ***************************

      I received an invitation to join AAA in a mail. The letter states "1-Year 100% Money-Back Guarantee" - see attached picture. I paid a total of $80.25 for the membership, but decided to cancel at the end. I called them four times (Jan 10, Jan 20, Jan 27 and Feb 6, 2023) to cancel membership. Each time they promised to cancel and refund, but never happened. Today (Feb 10, 2023), the fifth time I called, they said their system was down and asked me to call back the next business day. One, it was a false advertisement. Two, they do not deliver their promise. I make sure I give them enough chances to resolve the issue before filing a complaint.

      AAA Rep didn't provide correct question and answer process - incorrectly filled out a form - which resulted in my service not being covered by the tow company. The management involved states their advice and policy but provided no assistance or resolution to the issue caused by lack of procedure being followed.

      I was a member until when I needed services that I paid AAA they were unable to provide services for my area and a supervisor stated to complete a reimbursement form along with receipts for towing and battery service in which I did on 11/19/22. I spoke with a representative ****** on 12/19/22 and said it was pending, I followed up again today on February 8 ***** with representatives ***** and ***** from member services that stated it does not take that long for refund and she has forwarded to refund department at this point I have received a run around and just want my refund sent to me for monies I had to spend unnecessarily when my membership I paid for should have covered.

      I was a member of AAA insurance last year, i cancelled my policy in September 2022.I have been getting phone calls every week from AAA asking me to renew my membership despite having sold my car.Today i got a letter in the mail.The top of this letter said "Our records indicate that your membership has an outstanding balance..."and at the bottom it says "PAYMENT DUE UPON RECIEPT" in big red letters next to the amount of $79.00.Upon closer inspection i do not see a due date or any date on this at all. I then call the number on the letter to ask about this because the way it is worded is that i currently OWE them money and would be at risk if i did not reply.called ************ and spoke to an agent, gave the member number on the "bill" and she confirmed my account was closed in 09/ 2022 and to disregard this. The wording of this letter is tricking thousands of people into buying or renewing memberships as a marketing campaign with phrasing and wording that makes this seem like I actively owe this company money and i have an obligation to pay or face collections/ credit penalties.I believe using the words "outstanding balance" in this settings is considered theft by deception and unsolicited calls every few days to try to re-sell me a membership i don't need should constitute as harassment.
