    onyx odyssey sell just a dream trip they take your money and then when its time to travel they cancel and say we will transfer you to another trip no communication no phone number nothing all i want is a refund

    On August 11th we made a payment ******* for a cruise. We then made an additional ******. We emailed several times after the payment for confirmation and no response. I finally emailed again and was told we would not receive confirmation until 30 days prior. That's not normally how a cruise works. If a travel agent books the cruise, we still receive confirmation after the booking. We emailed on August 23rd and they could not confirm our booking. So we called the cruise line on August 27th and we were told there was no booking under our name or the company's name. Also, we were told by ****************** that if an agent books a cruise we still receive confirmation within 24 hours. This company never booked the cruise and I see from a previous complaint on your website that this has happened before. They need to provide confirmation of a booking.
