For the second time, I have dealt now with RXO failing to deliver a package due to them "timing out" (poorly planned routes, not enough drivers, I don't know what their issue was) and having me at the end of their delivery schedule. I assume due to me being on the edge of their delivery range, they have decided that they only deliver to my area on Tuesdays, and so if they don't get around to me on the day I've scheduled delivery for, it's my fault and I have to reschedule for an entire week out if I am lucky enough for them to have availability the following Tuesday. Will they get to me on the route that Tuesday? God only knows if I will be so lucky or if their drivers will run out of time again. Have an installation appointment to go along with whatever they're delivering? Well good luck with that, they do not care at all. They claim that the local delivery center will give you a call to follow up with you, they never do. They will not provide the local delivery center's contact information to follow up on your own.Business Response

On May 7th, RXO coordinated the delivery of a refrigerator, washer, and dryer that I ordered from **. The delivery was late and occurred outside of the delivery window, and while installing the washer and dryer, the delivery team put a hole in the wall. After multiple transfers between ** and RXO, I finally was able to file a claim. After two weeks, the claim was denied because the delivery team denied responsibility for the hole in the wall. I have reopened the claim. However, I am dissatisfied because there are no improved process changes from the last time I filed the claim, so I don't believe the outcome will change. I am disgruntled because the delivery team is responsible for the hole in the wall, but they are denying that responsibility. My home was new construction, so there were no defects. Additionally, the home was vacant. My family and I could not inhabit the home because we required the appliances before moving, so no other action caused the hole in the wall outside of the delivery team's negligence,Business Response

I ordered a Bosch dishwasher through their VIP program. After the product arrived at the warehouse, I was contacted by an RXO partner, outsourced to a foreign country. Despite numerous phone calls and texts, I was unable to schedule the delivery. The people at the outsourcing firm did not understand English well and were unable to help me. I finally got a supervisor who emailed the warehouse in *********. ****** called and attempted to arrange delivery. I continued to get conflicting messages from the outsourced firm. It was eventually delivered but they were unable to install it because I needed plumbing work done. After the plumbing work was scheduled, I attempted to schedule the installation. I was unable to until I was again able to contact ****** at the warehouse. When she is not working, there was no way to contact anyone else. Installation was scheduled for today and they did not show up. I tried contacting ****** but no response. I have no other way to contact this company. I paid for the installation and for them to haul away my old dishwasher. They need to finish the job! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! After they complete the installation, I would like this complaint to become part of the public record. NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM. I will also be contacting ***** and telling them to find another delivery company. The worst customer service...actually, if it wasn't for ******, there would be ZERO customer service.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The installation team was unskilled and had little knowledge to complete it successfully. They scratched the front of the stainless steel dishwasher and scratched the top panel of the door as well. They did not connect the plastic tubing correctly. I am requesting a replacement dishwasher. After they deliver it, I will have my plumber install it and I would like RXO to cover the $160 installation fee I already paid.Business Response

Every one I call the claims department they say someone will email or call regarding this matter but no one calls back with any update. This has been going on for months. On 06/05/2025 a delivery team from RXO delivered a refrigerator to our home address from Lowes in ***********. During the delivery, the delivery team forced back our rear exterior door damaging and breaking the door frame. They also removed the door unnecessarily in an attempt to push the door frame back into place. As a result the door frame is split by roughly an inch and the back screen door no longer closes. A claim has been filed but they have not offered a resolution or offered to replace the damage that their employees caused. I also spoke with the local Lowes where the refrigerator was purchased and they let me know that the door frames are not installed without a door replacement. I am rejecting this response because: The issue is still not resolved as I have not received the quote for the repair/replacement from Lowes. They were at my residence on 6/26 to take measurements and assess the damages. They were supposed to have the quote ready for me in a day or two. I am following up today. The back door/doorframe is still broken at this point and the only thing that RXO has done at this point is requested the quote. The cost of the door and door frame (included in the quote which was sent) is an additional $490.39. The company only offered a partial resolution to this claim of $673.21. RXO has had my kitchen cabinets in their warehouse in ************ since May 13. They have consistently not shown up for delivery and have rescheduled several times. Now they're telling me they can't make delivery until 6/26. My home build is at a complete standstill because I can't get the cabinets in. I need them to deliver the cabinets ASAP or allow us to come pick them up (which they say we can't do). I feel like my cabinets are being held hostage. On March 9, 2025 I purchased a dryer and the required parts from ***** in ******** **. The total was ******. When it was delivered March 14 the delivery men brought it in and didn't even take the plastic off or plug it in I had to ask them to so I could turn it on and make sure it worked .I bought the vent hose that they were supposed to replace, but they refused. They attached the hose I previously had.When they left, I went outside and they had pushed the hose so hard that it busted my outside vent trap. The hose was hanging to the ground several feet. I then started noticing that they had bent the dryer door and stretched wiring from the back of dryer. I contacted ***** who then contacted the delivery company and started a claim. It has been back and forth for months with no resolution. I purchased a ******* Washer from **** Club on May 31, ******* was scheduled for delivery on June 11, 2025. I received an email for RXO stating that they received the order on June 06, 2025 , it was scheduled for delivery on June 11, 2025. Then the delivery was rescheduled for June 14, 2025. On June 13, 2025 I received another email stating that thaey were rescheduling the order to June 18, 2025, because of the Military Parade which had nothing to do with my location, so the delivery was rescheduled for June 18, 2025 between 3pm and 7pm. About 4 Oclock I aget a call from delivery saying they were in ******** and it was raining and I told them that it was raining at my house,but by time they got here it was raining they told me that they did not work in the rain because they did not get paid enough. I purchased the refrigerator online on ****** on June 1, 2025. The fridge was delivered to this companys facility and accepted on June 10th. A confirmation and a delivery window was set for June 12th. I took a day out of work yet. The delivery never happened and I wasnt even notified It wouldnt be happening. It was rescheduled for four days later on June 16th. This delivery date was also confirmed in a window given yet again the delivery never happened for unforeseen circumstances. Another call to ** and this company to get the runaround a bunch of apologies and promise that would be escalated and the new date of the june 18th. This time, however, I dont receive confirmation of the date nor do I receive a Time window. Needless to say, this delivery doesnt happen and Im on the phone several times again more apologies more runaround, and more promises that it would be escalated The very next day, the 19th. Early in the morning on the 19th I received confirmation and another window. Their website tracker also confirms that the item is out for delivery, which had never reached the steps in the prior attempts. Fourth attempt was also unsuccessful. RXO was supposed to deliver a swing set to my son ****** ****** at *************************************************, his phone number is ************, which I ordered from ******. The swing set was supposed to be delivered in April. Instead RXO delivered a shed. It took them a month and multiple pickup attempts because the driver was not prepared to pick up the shed. Since then they keep delaying the delivery of the swing set. I have contacted ****** and RXO multiple times and no one is able to resolve this problem.
