      Driver was on time, very professional and courteous on phone with me. My order was physically large and he helped me place it in location I needed. I nominate him employee of the month! Please acknowledge his above and beyond service to a happy customer.

      Writing for the company branch based in ******, *************** is very unprofessional, disrespectful to personal property and generally has little regard for anyone else.They attempted two (2) separate deliveries in ************, ** on the same street (that I will not mention) for ******. The first delivery, they tried to do a 3-point turn with a 30 foot truck on my grass whereby they backed over and through bushes and trees and broke everything they touched. The second delivery a week or two later, they blocked the road, assembled a washer/dryer in the road, left all trash in the roadway, including a bunch of screws, which I found before anyone drove ******* summary, this company is unprofessional, hires idiot drivers, and have been reported to ****** for the damage caused. For ****** delivery purchases beware of damage to your property.

      I purchased a washer from **** on 5/22/25. The delivery guys from RXO came to install the washer. I asked one of the guys to put down a moving quilt so the washer would not scratch my hardwood floors. He stated that the bottom of the washer had plastic tips. I said no it doesnt. I specifically asked him to put down some cloth. So they ended up making scratch marks on my hardwood floors. I showed the guy and he took a photo as well. I took several pictures and immediately called **** to file a complaint. They never reached out to me so I went to **** in person to get to the bottom of the situation. RXO told **** that they closed the claim because I didnt complete the paperwork. So **** got in touch with them and I uploaded pictures and completed the paperwork. Three weeks later they send me an email stating that they want me to have a floor expert come and inspect the damage. Then make sure that I send them a letterhead invoice from the company. Then they will investigate to see if they would pay what I asked or the company price??? I received the email on July 1, 2025 exactly 2 months after the incident. When you try to contact them, they will tell you someone will contact you but they wont reply back to you Do NOt Use this company for delivery of any product! Especially if you purchase any appliances from ****. You do better renting a U Haul and doing it yourself. **** charges 65 dollars for delivery but no promises after you have filed a complaint.

      Ordered a TV on *********** and RXO was supposed to deliver and install the TV. The delivery of the TV took multiple weeks after the purchase date of my TV, and there was an additional delay due to issues with the RXO delivery truck. Once the TV was delivered, the mounting of the TV was delayed due to issues with the wall mount ******* sent. And then a week later, when the RXO team returned to finally mount my TV, the RXO team scratched the screen in several places! Over the last 2 months, I have spent hours contacting RXO and ******* to get a refund/replacement for the TV that RXO scratched. RXO has said they would take blame and work towards helping me, but they havent gotten anywhere and are no longer responding to my emails.

      I had the worst experience with the home delivery of the appliances that I purchased from **************. The two delivery people got into an argument in my home because one of the workers had better things to do and plans so my stop on his route was an inconvenience for him. The broker the new fridge coming in. The broke the doors on my old fridge. They damaged my front door and walls bring the fridge in. They didn't secure the water line to the fridge and let it drip. Now I have water damage on my drywall and ceiling tiles in my basement. Do NOT USE.

      Excellent service! Drivers called me one hour before delivery and arrived a few minutes earlier. My packages were delivered to my workplace and the guys kindly put the packages in my vehicle for me.

      I'm truly baffled by the sheer disorganization and complete lack of communication within their different teams and with customers.I've been trying to schedule my delivery for a week and a half now. It's been incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone, even the escalation group. I was told my delivery was on hold, then that it was fixed, but they still couldn't contact the warehouse manager. I've requested numerous callbacks and been held on the phone for an hour on multiple occasions.After days of silence, I randomly received a text that my delivery was scheduled, without any confirmation of the date with me. Then, on the day of the supposed delivery, the field technician contacted me, stating he was scheduled for a service call, not a delivery.This has easily been the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I'll be filing a second claim with *******. This negative experience has been so severe that I'm even considering switching from ******* to another manufacturer, despite understanding that this isn't necessarily a direct ******* issue. I will absolutely be sharing my experience on every platform I can to warn future customers.
