      The company I am filing a complaint about is a delivery service. They were contracted through Amazon to deliver a package to my residence. In the process of the delivery damage was done to my house. I have been unable to get a call back or resolution regarding this issue. Thier delivery team denied any wrongdoing and the company is refusing to repair the damage.

      I purchased a dishwasher from **** club, they hired XPO/RXO to install the dishwasher which took two months. After installation, they lied and said there was no kick plate when, in fact, it was still taped to the side of the dishwasher upon installation. They damaged the dishwasher before installation by dropping it which, in turn, resulting in my receiving a defective dishwasher that never worked because it was cracked and dented from the drop. They finally came to pick it up for a return and they stole my hose to my garbage disposal (which was not installed by them and was already in my house upon installation of tv dishwasher) and cut the cable tie off of it in order to steal it which created a major flood in my kitchen because when you turn the sink on, the water pours out of the garbage disposal. This company is the worst, customer service is beyond horrible. The company has done absolutely nothing to rectify their poor services.

      I had scheduled a delivery of my package for 12/09/2022 (Friday) weeks in advance when my package had been reported to have arrived at the pickup location. I noticed on the scheduled delivery day that there was no update on my package being out for delivery so I contacted customer support during the time window and they reassured that the package would be delivered.After the delivery window had passed I contacted customer support again and they restated that the package would be delivered. Several more hours pass without any update and I contact customer support again - they state that they are unsure of the package will be delivered and there is nothing they can do. On 12/10/2022 (Saturday) I contacted customer support when I received an SMS message that my package has been rescheduled for 12/16/2022 (next Friday). The customer support representative stated that they could not reschedule to an early date once the package is routed. This is unacceptable. I had reserved the entire day to wait for the package and they do not show. There were also no updates provided from them and I did not even receive a phone call. I doubt that the package will ever arrive and I have to waste more of my time waiting for an unprofessional delivery service. DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY CARRIER!

Our records indicate the delivery was completed on Friday 12/26/22 without further delay. We are sending you a $25 **** gift card as a customer service gesture.
