      I am giving ONE STAR for the driver and for this delivery. RXO communicates well with updates, except for the alert that the delivery would be there within the next 30 minutes. We only received a call 15 MINUTES before arrival, and I called my wife to meet the truck, took her 20 minutes to get there. The driver was going to LEAVE as a no-show! If we did not have neighbors there speaking with the driver, asking to sign for us (which the driver would NOT allow), he would have driven off. He says the homeowner HAD to be there to sign for the item, yet he was going to leave and label us a no-show. The company told me there HAD to be someone there to sign for it, but it did NOT have to be the homeowner. My wife had to frantically leave her job on the other side of town, run home to meet him, and he had the ***** to act that way to her. She told him we were supposed to have 30 MINUTES, not 15, and it was HIS fault for not following directions from his own company. He then tried to back-peddle and started apologizing all over himself. BEWARE items shipped by RXO.
