      Thank you! RXO contacted me to schedule delivery. Initial date did not work for me but they were able to reschedule for the following day. I received text that morning that delivery was on its way, then a phone call from company informing me truck was on the way, then a call from driver himself that he was close. When delivery arrived both gentlemen were courteous, brought treadmill box up driveway and into house, and made sure I was satisfied with where they placed it. Definitely 10/10 service - thank you so much!!

      Delivery was on time and quick. The delivery guys were friendly and knowledgeable about the mattress. It was an a modded bonus that they take away the old mattress.

      Respectful. Courteous gentlemen. Respected property and were very kind. They did a great job! Glad I didnt have to **** the old mattresses out or bring in the new one! Hire them it is well worth it!!!!! AAAAA+++++++. Thank You!

      Called 30 minutes before arrival and actually showed up a few minutes earlier. Very professional and accommodating to where I needed my heavy delivery dropped off to inside my door way

      I ordered some IKEA furniture, which has never been a problem before -- in either country in which I ordered -- and this delivery company has been useless and frustrating. The customer support people on the phone did their best, but.... First, the company sent a confirmation text with a time window the day before my selected delivery day, but when I called towards the end of the delivery window on the day, it turned out that they'd just...forgotten my stuff and not gotten it onto the truck. A customer support rep then told me that she'd be escalating the issue and getting my order out first thing the next day, but then the company somehow couldn't get my order that day despite supposedly already having it and forgetting it at a distribution center, and I was told I'd have to wait an extra four days for the next delivery opening to get my furniture. An IKEA customer support rep contacted them directly and got me an earlier delivery window (waiting three days past the original delivery date instead of five), but now I have no idea if my stuff will arrive. I'm also disabled, which makes it particularly important that I be able to book someone to put everything together, which I can't do without a definite delivery day. Avoid this company if you can; it might be worth checking with your local IKEA distribution center to see if they use this shipping company before placing an order.
