      I just want to let everyone know that this company will cancel your appointment for no reason. They are a big waste of your time and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude.

      0 stars for this company. I brought my car to Auto Glass Now, ************************************* on March 13, 2025 to get my window and regulator replaced. Once I received my car it would not lock on the inside, only by the key. Due to that issue I let my vehicle stay with your company for another day, so that the problem could be resolved. However on March ******* the issue was never resolved and I was told to take it to another company, or allow them to keep it for another 2 days until Monday March 17, 2025. I was going to keep my car for the two days and bring it back on that Monday. I soon realized that my window on the other side was now broken which it was not before. After I realized I went to the representative of this location I do not recall her name, however she states she is the District Manger of the Hampton location and I asked for compensation at this point. Due to the fact of poor service and causing more issues for my car. We agreed that I would get $150 for labor and also compensate for what I have to pay with another company if it was their fault. The other company only told me to bring the receipt for the diagnostic I had to get due to the damages that were caused by Auto Glass Now. The diagnostic was $110.99 Now I am curious to know when my compensation will be approved? *** is this store getting any further with me in this process..

      They rescheduled me 3 times. and for the last appointment they didnt even show up. Didnt bother to call me, text me, email me nothing they simply didnt show up. wasted three weeks of my time horrible company dont waste your time with them.

      I had THINGS MISSING AND WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY PARKED MY TRUCK IN A HANDICAPP SPOT AND THE *** WAS EMPTY ??

      Approximately 30 min after giving my keys to worker, someone came out as I was being picked up saying my replacement windshield wasnt even at the shop. I never received an email, text or call stating my windshield hadnt arrived and a complete waste of my time and gas. This isnt the first Horrible encounter Ive had with Auto Glass Now. I had a windshield replaced on a different vehicle recently and I ended up sitting on glass shards Because they failed to clean the glass out of my vehicle after installation. There was glass shards on the dashboard and seats

      I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF I COULD. NEVER USE AUTO GLASS NOW!I used this company because my insurance company (**********) replaces auto glass windshields at no charge to me the policy holder. The insurer said they stand behind the companies on their list so I went with the first one on the list Auto Glass Now. It has now turned into a nightmare because the so called technician destroyed my car. He broke the side trims and another part. He tried to "glue" the trim back on using the glass sealant which blew off on the highway on my way home that night. He used the wrong size weather stripping, and some other stripping that was not for my car. Something that should have been easy has been nothing but stress. I am so sorry I did this and would rather have the couple of ***** in my windshield than go through this.

      Attempted three times to make an appointment for a windshield replacement due to hail. First attempt: they gave me a quote, told me to just call them back to let them know when the tow truck would arrive with my car. Got the tow set up, called them back...and they had given me the wrong quote for the wrong car and the wrong time. They would not take my car that day. So, I got a new quote with the RIGHT car (so I thought) and the appointment was scheduled for the next day. I ended up getting my car into a different location immediately, and so I called Auto Glass Now to cancel the reservation-which they claimed they did.About 2 hours later, I get ANOTHER call saying they'd provided yet ANOTHER erroneous quote. I said it's fine, I canceled my appointment anyway.They can't tell what's up and what's down in their company.

      The price was good, the customer service was horrific. They broke my side trim piece or just failed to give it back. On my Land Rover it cost most than the windshield repair.

      After physically showing an employee what WINDOW needed to be replaced, another employee replaced my WINDSHIELD. The manager, ****, was hostile and rude. Further details will be stated in court!!!

      Do NOT go there.Auto Glass Now hates and abuses customers.I received a quote, and was offered and had confimed an appointment (at 11:00AM) for windshield replacement. Once there, the agent in office informed me that she do not honor any previously made appointments, and their service is on first-come basis only. Shocked! I still decided to wait and left our car there, since "there was one car ahead of you". Went back at 1:00 PM. She still had no idea when they'd repair my car since still "there was one car ahead of you"!Their staff lady is arrogant and hostile to customers. She apparently did not care about customers willing to spend their hard earned money at AutoGlass.This is truly unbelievable. Perhaps they are not worried about competitors. Whole atmosphere at AutoGlassNow is repulsive and unwelcoming, if that small stuff matters to you.Do NOT go there. Other vendors will appreciate your business. Auto Glass Now will just want your money and then abuse you.**************
