      I had my windshield replaced on my 2017 **************************fully loaded in 2018, by Auto Glass Now at their *********************************************************************** location. I had my windshield replaced again today, during the installation the tech had me come look at the windshield he removed to show me that the wrong glass had been installed on my car at Auto Glass Now.Auto Glass Now, had replaced my windshield with a base model, which was cheaper for them, I was not informed that's what they were doing. I was only paying the deductible, so why would they do this? Maybe to charge my insurance company for the more expensive windshield that they did not install. Auto Glass Now, had replaced my windshield with a base model, and it did not have the connection for the bottom defroster, they also cut the connection off the original glass, and the tech found it in the well below the windshield when he removed it, that was the smoking gun.
