      Went to Auto Glass Now in ***********, ** to get my back windshield replaced. Came out with the plastic inserts in the liftgate broken and the latch mechanism removed and missing a working part (which is a $425 part theyre telling me to go buy) and the back still partially covered in glass. They dont seem to think this is their issue and the manager told me to go to a junk yard for a cheaper part. Seriously ******. Theyve damaged and either lost or stolen a piece of my vehicle thats vital to its function and dont want to take responsibility. I am currently having to drive around with my hatch tied to the inside of my car to keep it closed. Absolutely unacceptable!

      I took my 2020 sprento there to get a new wind shield, at 3p.m on 5-23-2024 I paid got my wind shield done, noticed my windows wouldn't roll up after the car was given back, I was told take it to *** by the guy working, as he laughed in my face, I took it my personal mechanic he started at the rear view mirror since that's the only electronic on the windshield, he unscrewed thr bolt and the whole assembly including the cut wire came out this company destroyed my car and lied to my face, I want to *** right now this is unacceptable!

      Had back windshield replaced any all the sudden shaddered without any impact. Glass was defective and refused to repair or come to an agreement.

      I just had my windshield replaced on my 2016 Jeep Patriot.I made the appointment yesterday while talking with you call center. The cost of replacing the windshield was reasonable. As I made my decision to book the replacement, the agent stated that the windshield replacement included a Lifetime Warranty. That was the only detail provided before I made the appointment. I went to the AGN location and told them I have a 3 oclock appointment. The office person said great and took my keys.About an hour later, my car was done along with another customer. The other customer asked the lady about the Lifetime Warranty. She stated, that only include issue with workmanship. This was a surprise to the other customer and me since that is not what we were told on the phone. I asked why would the agent on the phone state, Lifetime Warranty, when it is only workmanship. Her reply was why would we pay for you windshield when we had nothing to do with a windshield breakage. We asked, Why would the agent state, Lifetime Warranty, when the windshield is not covered? Her reply was, that is the way it is.I just called your call center and talked to another agent and her comment was, the Lifetime Warranty does not cover any new breakage. This makes no sense to me, and I see it as fall advertising. I see this as a clear example of bate and switch.The above is obviously a misrepresentation.

      Terrible company as far as accountability,I had other damages to my vehicle outside them replacing my windshield and it's weeks later and they have not made good on repair contract with a one week et. For complete repairs which Auto Glass Now caused damages. Seems like the run around from the start excuses like where waiting on the shop we are at there discretion.

      I was in ********, ********* visiting my family back on 11-22-22. Decided to get my windshield replaced on my 2019 XT-5. I researched it and decided to get it replaced at Autoglassnow. They did, the next day it rained hard. Intermittent wipers and rain sensor never worked again. Went back, they called me into the shop. Showed me the wipers working spraying it with a water hose. Next day, same thing, hard rain and they never worked. Took it back again, same result. Had to come back to *******. Called the location in *******. They told me they didn't want anything to do with it, that is was a ******** problem. To add another pain, the glass started leaking water. So mush for their"Nation wide Warranty". Or "Warranty" for that matter. Had a chip and crack 12-15-23. Had another windshield installed by an independent installer. As soon as he got the glass out, which was very poorly sealed, he immediately saw the problem. The gel around the sensor was completely gone. He replaced it and everything works great again!! I hope everyone reads this before doing business wit these people again. Sorry Company!!

      I had to take my vehicle up there 4 different times to get the job completed correctly. Customer service was completely non existent. Their managers placed making business decisions on their district manager but their district manager won't call any customers back.

      This company took my money. Ordered the wrong ************ fix their mistake. They also wanted me to pay before they even did the job. Theyre very unprofessional. There customer service skills are horrible. I hope to never have to use them again.

      I have had to take my 2019 **** explore back to the shop in ***** ******** five times because my pillars on the windshield keep on flying off as Im driving down the road they have flown off for a sixth time and I have contacted the company and they are not replying only that I need to find my receipt from three years ago. I no longer have this receipt. These pillars should not come off ever after you have your windshield replaced so I took my vehicle to the **** dealership and they are stating that they are just gluing the top piece on and not doing it properly and to have it done properly as a $900 job. I just want them to have the job done correctly at the **** dealership because besides being a safety issue of these things flying off while Im driving. Ive been back there five times and they replaced them five times. This is the sixth time they are not doing it correctly. Theyre doing it the cheapest way they can and I just. Fixed correctly I dont want them flying off and especially into traffic behind me. I hope I get a resolution to this issue. Its been going on for three years.
