      I am giving a 1 star rating because of the customer call center. Very *********** people answering calls at the call center. The representative verbally said my appointment was getting made for Tuesday June 13th. I tried to call the local shop on Monday June 12th to confirm the appointment. Instead, the call went to the central call center. The representative confirmed my date and said they will see me tomorrow. When I arrived, the local shop said my appointment was scheduled for Tueday June 20th. After following up with the call center, they said the representative who originally scheduled me clicked on the wrong date. The representative who confirmed my appointment the day before never actually checked, and just said yes it is confirmed. Based upon the incompetent call center representatives, I would never do business with this company. It is a shame that the local shop let's the calls go to the central call center instead of answering and putting you on hold. A competitor up the road was more than happy to get my business and even gave me a lower rate than Auto Glass Now. I can't say how good of a job Auto Glass Now would have done, but one thing is certain is that I will never take a chance to find out.

      This business wasted a week of my business's time with my vehicle vulnerable to the elements, by scheduling me and when I arrived refused to work on my vehicle because they had the wrong window. The lady behind the counter was angry, bitter, and rude. They knew they couldn't he'll me days ago and didn't inform me until I showed up today that they couldn't fix my window.

      I'm appointment was at 11 am after arriving I was told that they didn't have the glass and it would take an hour to pick it up and was looking at 2 hours totally in which I agreed to wait after about an hour and half i asked if the glass was here and i was told yes and after waiting another half hour i asked when will i be pulled into the shop and i was told i was next in line after one of the employees returned from lunch i would be next inlline and now it's 2 pm and they just pulled my car into the shop so I have lost almost 4 hour of my day sitting here waiting for some one to their **** job at my expense i will never do business here again and I wouldn't recommend this business to any else as well

      My Son had his windshield replaced on his 2021 ******* at this establishment, only to have the windshield develop a significant crack over 26 inches long 6 days later. Their website states in part " Every replacement comes with a Lifetime Warranty" what they don't tell you is that they refuse to honor their own warranty and that they have actually received 22 " One-Star" reviews out of 40 on the ************* Chamber of Commerce Website. I understand that ***************************** the store manager was extremely rude and condescending. My son " who happens to be an Air force Veteran and current Police Officer tends to sometimes take it on the chin. I however believe that we should stand up for our rights and call out establishments the **** OFF the American Consumer. ****** should be ashamed of himself and do what's right. I encourage others NOT to do business with Auto Glas Now in *************. Most appreciate Veterans and their Service to our Country. Auto Glass Now is not one of them. HORRIBLE ESSTBLISHMENT!

      BEWARE I had my windshield replaced in October 2021 at your ********* office in ********* ********. During the process they drip the glue on the console of my truck and the manager of the store, ****, strung me along for nine months telling me that he had ordered the part. I went ahead and took it into the dealer and got the damages fixed. It cost me $560. **** referred me to ***, the district manager, whom stated he was sending the reimbursement and suddenly stopped responding to any of my emails. I have sent emails to Auto Glass Now corporate and their parent company ****************** Neither one has responded. This has been going on for a year and a half.

      I WISH I DIDN'T PURCHASE A WINDSHIELD FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! I had my windshield replaced on 12/27/22. On 12/28/22, I went to get a brake tag and was told the windshield couldn't have been calibrated because the camera wasn't sitting in the right position. I called AGN to discuss this and asked the brake tag inspector to inform them of what he saw. When he introduced himself, ******, AGN rep., immediately got her district manager on the line to let her know she had someone other than myself informing them of the issue. The DM, while on the phone with ******, began to yell loudly that I should've returned back to AGN, and since I had someone touching my windshield, she was going to VOID my warranty. I immediately thought I would've if I knew there was a problem, as I was told my vehicle calibration went well. Therefore, I was totally astonished at how the DM handled the situation; I just sat for a moment in Ahhh! The brake tag inspector stated he didn't touch my vehicle and could clearly see the camera was out of place. The AGN DM went on and on, ramping and raging out of control! The break tag inspector asked if he could share a photo via text to show them the issue. This was when they asked that I come in. AGN inspected the windshield and realized they'd installed the WRONG windshield. The DM stated they would order the correct one and asked me to come back to get it replaced. We scheduled an appointment (1/14/23), they called the day before to confirm the appt., and I showed up as scheduled. Well, low and behold, after sitting for almost ***** mins., I was told they couldn't find the windshield and that I'll have to reschedule again to get it replaced. Basically, they will call me to reschedule. As a customer, I feel that I'm getting the "runarounds" and that these people a truly UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm now going on week 4 without the correct windshield and brake tag, and my driver-assist system isn't working properly - HAZARD! I'm so disappointed with this purchase.

      I scheduled an appointment 9 days ago, providing all my information; make & model of vehicle, where to come, and received a quote as well. Today was the day of my appointment and they are claiming they have no record of me, my car or my appointment. ******** was very rude, made me feel like I was making it up and no genuine apology. After having worked with them for the past 8 years, today was my last. They were so unprofessional and unkind, I no longer recommend them! Im giving them a 2-star instead of a 1-star, because work in the past was good.

      I cannot even give this business 1 star, that's how bad they are. My daughter had her windshield replaced. Days later, she went to adjust her rearview mirror and it broke off and cracked the windshield. My daughter went back and reported this. They told her that "at least 50 lbs of pressure had to have been put on it for it to break. There was NO way this was their fault." She argued with them to the point of tears and even showed several examples she found on ******* of the exact thing happening, but still they denied any fault. They did give her a slight discount on a new windshield. This is SO unprofessional and a total lack of ethics and customer service. DO NOT use this company!
