      My daughter had an oil change and tire rotation completed at this location last Wednesday. When they finished, they failed to secure the wheel cover back to the tire correctly and it came off. She went back the next morning for a resolution and was told they could only offer a free tire rotation or oil change on her next service, which is not okay. Why would we want to revisit somewhere that didn't complete the job correctly the first time. I have requested a call from the District Manager and we've waited a week. I called Monday myself and was told that she would call me back and nothing. I called again on Tuesday and the line was busy the entire morning, so my daughter went back by to get the contact information for the Corporate Office but was told the only option was a oil change or rotation and no contact information was provided to her. This is wrong and very inconsiderate of them. If someone does not contact me today, I will file a dispute with the bank and also go down and file a claim against them in court. You and your establishment are wrong. We don't want an oil change or tire rotation. She would like her wheel covers replaced or a refund on this service.

      I am a regular customer at the ******************** located on ************** in ***********, **. I always go there for my oil changes and usually accept and pay for additional services they recommend.On my last visit, I had an oil change done and also asked if they could help me replace three bulbs on my 2015 Kia ****** (brake light, low beam, and left fog light). I had purchased the bulbs myself at ******** and clearly stated I was willing to pay for the **************** of the employees, whose name I dont know (he has a noticeable upper dental issue), told me that the fog light bulb I brought was incorrect. He offered to sell me the correct one for over $30, plus installation. I politely declined and said I would return to ******** to get the right one.When I came back with the correct bulb, his attitude had completely changed. I asked if he could help me install it, and he refusedwithout explanation. When I asked why, he said I had refused to buy his bulb and now wanted the service for free, which was never the case. I reiterated that I was still willing to pay.I felt mistreated and disrespected. Ive always paid for every service and never asked for anything for free. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome.This experience was deeply disappointing. I no longer feel comfortable returning to that location and will advise others in my community to consider alternative options. Im submitting this complaint hoping that corporate management will address the employees conduct and take the necessary corrective actions.I expect a formal response and follow-up regarding this issue.

      Pay for new rotors and they leave one of the original ones on. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Go elsewhere for your vehicle maintenance.

      On 4/10/25 I went to Jiffylube ****************. For a NY State inspection. I was told that my vehicle has a Starburst crack in the windshield and would fail the inspection. They showed me the area and the crack was not visible. But they insisted it was there. I looked up the requirement for ******** inspection it stated and crack above 11 inches or Starburst wider than three inches would not pass inspection. The Jiffylube attendant said they would not pass the vehicle without a repair. I felt I had no choice but agree to the work. I also believe that this was a scam due to the fact two other customers had the same repair. This is unfortunate because as a NY state resident I felt trapped to have this work completed. People need to know how this business clearly takes advantage of people.

Our district manager spoke with the assistant manager at the Jiffy Lube store location who inspected ************************* According to the inspector, the Highlander failed the inspection for multiple issues. The issue in Mr. ********* complaint to your office was the windshield crack. According to the inspector, the windshield had exposed sharp or jagged edges in the glass in the path of the wiper blade. Under ********* Vehicle Regulations, the windshield will not pass inspection with exposed sharp or jagged edges because the glass will damage the windshield wiper and affect the wipers ability the clear the windshield. On behalf of the company, I apologize if this explanation was not given to Mr. ******** during his service on April 10th. As you know, we are not in the business of alienating customers.       I went to Jiffy Lube 1221 w nc-*************. to get my brake pads changed, and it turned into a complete disaster. Instead of just doing the job I came for, they messed up my car and refused to take responsibility.I was told to buy an axle, and *****, one of their employees, showed me exactly which part to get on his phone. I have proof of this, including text messages and photos, showing him directing me to get the wrong axle. Now theyre acting like they had nothing to do with it.After they installed the part, they didnt even inform me something was wrong. Instead, they told me to go somewhere else to figure it out. I paid $100 out of my own pocket for a diagnostic, which is how I found out the axle was incorrect. If they had just been upfront, I wouldnt have wasted time and money.When I brought this up, the manager, ******, completely dismissed me and said it was out of his hands. Then corporate covered for them and falsely claimed my issue had nothing to do with them. They closed my case without resolving anything.I have all the proof, text messages, photos, receipts, and corporate emails showing their lies. They messed up my car, made me pay for their mistake, and then ghosted me when I asked them to fix it. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE.I expect a full refund of my diagnostic fee ($100) and proper resolution for the damages they caused. Until then, I will keep escalating this and warning others.

      They shouldn't even get 1 ******* took them 4 hours to do my lube with 1 person ahead of me.After finding out I was on a limited budget they still slipped a bunch of unnecessary stuff into my bill.Then they talked me into getting new tires, which I needed, but sold me tires they didn't have in stock and didn't tell me for several hours. When I came back the next day, they quoted me 45 minutes and intentionally took 3 hours to change the tires.I know it was intentional because the moment I made a nuisance of myself and interfered with business it was done in 15 minutes. Do not shop at this store!!!

      I took my car for a tire rotation and the technician didnt return my wheel lock key when finished. This has led to complications of trying to find a way to get the wheel locks off. I no longer have any trust in Jiffy Lube and I will not be returning. I did check back with Jiffy Lube and they said they do not have my wheel lock key. They are the only ones that used it. This is the Jiffy Lube **************************

      I had my truck serviced 11/15/24 for suspension work and 2 tires they claim I need well over 1300 bucks I spent drove off and had to turn around because my truck not driving right he say I need to get alignment I take it there the people can't do it because they say ny control arm they put on was not on right jiffy tell me bring it back I take it back they say nothing is wrong but they didn't put another part on my car they claim they did I adk them to lift my truck oh the lift don't go up they claim the *** was on vac then he come but I only have 30min to get there he has to go they say he looked at it nothing is wrong but my truck is not drivable 2 shops told me do not drive I got lights coming on that never came on they tell me call a 800 number its out of there hands or they saying it's above they pay grade and in the beginning they told me they would refund me my money now I have to call the number and I have 2 times and still nothing I call they know it's me they say hold on and never come back to the phone because I'm calling about my money I spent with them and they refuse to correct they mess up my old man had his truck worked on by them and had to also bring his back if they don't know the work they should not be working on people cars this is a real inconvenience for them to brush you off when I have spent all this money on my vehicle to get me back and forward to work they don't care very inconsiderate and unprofessional and I need my money back so I can take my truck somewhere to be fixed correctly

      I took my 2015 **** F150 into Jiffy Lube to be serviced. Upon arrival my truck was in perfect condition. Once my oil change was complete I noticed my glove box was broken. It is always kept locked, as I store my firearm in it. I immediately took notice to the damages and quickly made my way back in, to share my concern and get an explanation; as well as receive accountability for the damages. The employees denied the damages and acted as if the damages were there prior. I have used Jiffy Lube for years. Im sure that is apparent in your system. This situation was so frustrating as no one took accountability and I was left defending myself, knowing someone in that building knew exactly what happened.After multiple calls the same day for answers, the store manager (*****) said they would have to take pictures and a videos in order to go forward with the complaint.The following Saturday morning (October 26th, 2024) I went in and the store manager documented the damage. While I was waiting for this to be completed, an older gentleman with glasses, that worked at the store asked what had happened. After I told him, he replied man Ive told these young guys they have to stop yanking on those glove boxes and unlock them first. After hearing this statement, it was made abundantly clear that this was not the first incident and the manager himself knew this, though he was acting oblivious.When you do something wrong you admit to it and fix it. At least that is what a good business strategy is I have taken so much pride in and care for my vehicle. These damages have been a constant reminder of someone elses disrespect for something I have worked so hard for. I have wanted to repair the damages just so that it would stop eating at me, however the damages are $500.Reached out to ************************************************ as recommended in their response- with zero follow-up and any resolution.
