  I visited jiffy lube store #**** Northlake in *************** today September 15, 23 at 8am. I came in for a oil change, synthetic basic service. To my surprise I needed many more services said the attendance who greeted me and the mechanic who also assured me. They than offered me a way to get said services, which I also agreed to when pressure by the men (associates) . SNAP FINANCE I was approved and than held there for 6 and a half hours. I refused some services because of the time. Specifically, asked them to NOT add the service of spark plugs because of time. They did it anyway. Service's I didn't know of were also applied to my ******************* things that totalled a large amount. I was estimated 1 and half-hour, 2 at most. But 6 plus hours later I was still held there unable to start my day. Or Just leave. They kept my car in the air. After I repeatedly asked and shouted for it to be brought down. They started the work and wouldn't allow any changes. I had to cancel appointments and rearrange my day because of their bad service. I was told all sort of things about defected parts that caused my vehicle not to start. Also, a wheel lock. MADE a big deal of it. ( in attempting to break it) all while they did multiple other services on the vehicle for the snap finance money. I agreed to basic things, a air cabin filter change, synthetic oil change, ac filter change, but was being given anything now I was livid at this point and required to pay $1,524 charged over time with the snap loan for shottie services there. The Gm ***** wasn't at all helpful, besides offering me a ride home solely to get rid of me after sitting in this establishment for more than 3hrs at this point and raising my voice. The mechanic that came to find all of these problems with the vehicle and parts and who serviced it was ****. Again, I had to pay for his poor service's and sacrificed my whole morning and day to sit in a shop and be ignored and taken advantage of. I was also told to come back.

  Seems like theyre scamming customers. Ive seen several ****** reviews where people are told they need new wiper blades and its not true. I was a victim myself! My vehicle did not need new wipers. But they wouldnt let it pass inspection. And they charge a ton.

  My daughter was out of town and had a serpentine belt replaced here after her trucks belt broke. I specifically asked Jiffy Lube to make sure there wasnt any part of the old belt wrapped around the power steering pulley and they said it was all clear. By the time she drove the truck home the power steering pump burned up and the crank shaft seal also burned up. I have pictures and it was very obvious the old belt was wrapped around the pump pulley (not hidden behind anything). $1400 repair bill due to Jiffy Lube negligence.

  I been going to this place for over 8 years or more, I was very skeptical, because every time I go there there are new people. But when I went there recently to have my blues check and a oil tap off.. the next day my vehicle runs hot. And I never had no problems with my vehicle since I purchased it.. I took my vehicle back they checked it out. And could not find the problem told me I should get rid of my vehicle. And that I could come and pick it up.. but also as I was sitting in the waiting room, they come and get me saying something happen. I get to my vehicle and there's fluids all over my engine and everything. I'm like what the h*** is this. They messed up my vehicle and I know it.. I'm not going to stop to something is done this is a ridiculous never will I go back there again. After all these years

  Just had a $96 oil change and the guys showed me a filthy air filter. I refused their $40 part and checked it at home to replace it with a $20 filter. Big surprise: my actual air filter was nearly white it was so clean, not dirty at all! ATTEMPTED RIPOFF by LYING LIARS. Their crew gives repair shops a bad name. NEVER GO HERE.

  Continually fail people for tiny when other locations pass. Claim machine needs recalibrated but apparently never actually gets fixed.

  Do not go here. Whatever you do do not go here. ******, the manager has horrible customer service. He won't help you if you have questions avoid this place, if at all possible

  The business makes false claims regarding items that need replaced for my vehicle. After the oil was changed and tires rotated, an employee came in the waiting room and informed me that my front brakes were in the red. In addition, the employee informed me that the rear tire brakes only had 3K miles left on it. I was informed that it would be about $500 per axle to replace the brakes. I went to my local garage, **********, in *******, **, for a second opinion. I was shown, with the PA gauges, that all of my brakes were in the "green". So, jiffy lube lied about the brakes. The jiffy lube employees also informed me that my front and back windshield wipers were bad and needed replaced. I went to the Auto Zone in Harmar ** for a second opinion. Again, the employees of Auto Zone informed me that the wipers, front and back, were in perfect condition. Thus, the Aspinwall jiffy lube lies to customers regarding repairs to vehicles, which is fraud. I'm going to go to law enforcement regarding this. I'm totally unhappy with the service of jiffy lube.
