I ordered a beverage koozie. After receiving my money , I never got a confirmation email, tracking number, anything from them as of yet. Its been well over a month. I have tried to reach out to them a few times via email with no response. I have read reviews where other people are having this same issue with this particular company. I believe this company to be a scam and I would like my money to be refunded back to my account. Your help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order on May 7. I've reached out multiple times regarding my order still being "unfullfilled" and feel as though I've been given the run around. At first I was told they were transitioning to a new production and fulfillment team. Then after no word I reached out again and was just told they were coordinating with their fulfillment team to provide an update. ********************************************* 24 hours after being told they were working on an update, and still no update. It should t take over a month to fulfill and 36 hours (actually a week) for an update on the order.Business Response

Ordered on May 9, 2025 and as of today, June 11, 2025 have not only NOT received my order, my money has been charged to ****** and there is no way to correspond with the company. I attempted to contact by email and then by over a hour wait on their chat. Nothing. Such a poor experience. Will never order from this company ever again. I ordered a cup for my vacation on May 11, 2025 from piper ***, the delivery time states 7 to 14 business days. It has been almost 30 days and still my purchase has not been fulfilled according to the website. I would really like my cup, if thats not possible I would like a refund.Business Response

I placed an order on May 4th. Never received a tracking number still to this day.Have e-mailed the company 4 times only to get the same run a round answer that they are working with a new fulfillment center and Ill get my tracking number soon.Sounds like everyone is getting that same standard email.I have called 3 times and after long rings I went straight to voice mail They even had the audacity to offer me a free gift and 20% off my next order.Theyre crazy if they think Im ever ordering from them again.Ive ordered from them before and never had ********* highly disappointed! On May 16, 2025, I placed an order (Order No. *******). The orders are supposed to be placed within 5-7 business days. After almost three weeks and no response, I attempted to reach them to find out where my order is. They were paid $51.22. My order says that it is unfulfilled. I tried to do a live chat online and the wait was over an hour, I sent an email and it said I would get a response within 48 hours. This never happened.I want my merchandise or my money but it doesn't seem like I will be getting either.Business Response

I ordered 6 tumblers on 5/7/25 totaling $85.53 from Piper ***. They have not returned my e-mail and my order is still unfulfilled. I order a hat on 5/10/25 and it said 7-10 business days receive. Today is June 4th and still no package has come. I emailed them two times and there's zero response. I've called them 3 times and no one picks up the phone nor is there a way to leave a message. Very frustrating.Business Response

I ordered from Piperlou on April 30th. After no communication I emailed their customer service after not being able to contact the provided telephone number on May 21st. I was given the email about their 7-14 days of processing and I should receive a tracking number soon. I emailed them on June 2nd and I have a requested a refund. No response. Im going to take this to my bank as fraud. The least you can do is have someone who can respond when you are not filling orders.Business Response
