I placed an order with Piper *** on May 8, 2025. It was taking a while and still showed unfulfilled. I reached out to the company and received a response that it can take up to 14 business days to ship. With the Memorial Day weekend, it seemed like a reasonable explanation. However it has now been 17 business days and my order is still showing unfulfilled. There has been no communication on why its taking so long.Business Response

I placed order #*******, two T-shirts, on May 3, ******* is now June 3rd and way past the Piper Lous processing time of 7-14 business days. I have tried calling to no avail. There is no answer. I have emailed 4 times with only two responses of your order should be shipping soon, but there hasnt been any update on the order page and no actionable progress on the fulfillment or shipping status of the order. This company should stop advertising with email campaigns and ******** ads if they are unable to fulfill orders. I either want the products I purchased or I want my request to cancel my order processed and have an immediate refund of funds to my account.Business Response

I ordered stuff on May 13th for a total of 32$ and it says it's still unfulfilled. This is ridiculous! I wished I would've read the reviews and complaints I would have never ordered anything from Piper ***. I want the stuffed I paid for or a refund.Business Response

I placed an order on 5/3/25 for Mothers Day gifts for my wife. I paid $65.99 for a tshirt and a coffee mug tumbler with and upgraded/premium lid. I thought it was taking a while to even receive a shipping confirmation, so I started looking more into this company and see how many complaints there are about shipping and customer service. I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding my order placed on April 21, 2025, totaling $59.93. To date, I have not received my items, despite multiple follow-ups via email. When I first reached out on April 28, I was referred to your FAQ, which states that shipping takes 7-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. I accepted this explanation in good faith. However, after reaching out again on May 19, I was informed that warehouse changes had caused delays. While I understand that logistical issues can arise, the lack of proactive communication about this disruption is unacceptable. At this point, I no longer wish to wait indefinitely for my order. I am requesting an immediate refund for my purchase.
