    They get zero stars from me. Ordered on May 13th, still have not received anything. I've emailed 2x their response They switched to a new warehouse or something which is why their orders are delayed. They offered me a code to use on my next order which is invalid. I will seek a refund.

    I would give zero stars if possible. I cant rate based on the product quality because Ive never received my order. Theres no customer service either when you try to reach out to get answers. I should have read reviews before ordering. This company is a scam.

    I have seen a lot of people on here report the same issues I am having with Piper Lou collections, it's been endless emails and plus I had 2 notifications my item was at the *********** in **, I called the post office and they said they never received my item, and its been known that Piper *** sends this misinformation out as a future shipping, so as far as I am concerned it's dishonest. I have requested my money back and they ignore that! Piperlou Collection. This is the same thing they have said to me over and over again.Piper Lou Collections last email to me:Apologies for the delay. Ill go ahead and follow up again, as we havent received an update yet. I just want to ensure this hasnt been overlooked. Thank you so much for your continued patience.Very tired of the run around.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered gift items on May 10, 2025. I was told the items would be delivered within ***** business days. I called and emailed after 15 business days to get an estimated date of arrival. No answer and no reply. I regret ordering from them and wished I'd gone to BBB before my purchase.

    Placed my order May 3rd and as of today, May 30th, it shows as unfulfilled. I have made multiple phone calls and left messages, at least 3 times. Never got a returned phone call. I have emailed 2-3 times and received what I believe is a automated email sign ***. Attempted to try and figure out how to request a refund due to all this. 2 of the items were gifts and the event is long over. I really wanted my order. Then I just noticed they don't carry any of the tumblers any more. They have gone to coffee cups and cups with a twist lid and a straw. Very disappointed in this company's customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

    **************** is an AI bot. You will only get canned responses to your issues. I asked for a refund for items that were ordered a month ago and are not even shipped yet and got an email stating they were switching their vendor. I think this company is taking people's money and not producing a product. Why is this company rated A+ when there are many, many complaints about the customer service and shipping. This seems be an ongoing problem.

    HORRIBLE!!!!!! I placed an order before Mother's day & have yet to receive my order. I have been told they're expediting ********* get it soon, then I was told they moved ***************** get it as soon as they settle. What? Um, no! I asked them to cancel the order & still waiting for a response. It's been over 18 business ********** getting nothing but the run around. They have a BIG supply/demand ************** never order from them again!!!!!

    I should have read these reviews first. Ordered on 5/4/2025 and today (5/28) received an email stating they've had "unexpected inventory and fulfillment issues" and have since gone with another "production and fulfillment team in a new warehouse". I'm all for supporting smaller businesses and social media advertising businesses, but this poor business.

    Do NOT shop with them. The shipping is horrible, but the product is even worse. There is no consistency with their shirts quality. I received two of the exact print shirts that have the same sizes, just different brands. This was not what I ordered. Will the resolve this? I dont know. The customer support email gets no response. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SELLER.

    I purchased the order beginning of May. Not only have I not received it, the customer service has been horrible. I needed an order by a certain time, and they have given me the runaround ever since. Ive asked for my money back on multiple emails, and all they tell me is we apologize for the inconvenience were working on your order. Six emails now, and I still have not received anything about my order, nor have they comment about my refund.
