order #******* on December 1 and it's been 18 days, and the order is still showing as unfilled, and I needed it by December 22. they say up to 14 days and it's been longer, and it hasn't even been made yet. If I can't get it by the 22nd which in my opinion is more than enough time to send it. I will be asking for a refund since they had no problem charging my account as soon as I ordered from them.Business Response

On November 27th I placed an order . It stated **** days and it still hasnt even been processed. Ive sent multiple emails and got just a basic email that probably gets sent to everyone that has a problem. I placed the order in plenty of time to reach my friend for his the Birthday BUT OBVIOUSLY THAT DIDNT HAPPEN!! VERY AGGRAVETED AND UPSET ABOUT THIS! I asked for something to be rectified and they havent answered . This has happened before but I gave them another chance .. THIS WILL BE THE LAST I CAN PROMISE YOU THATBusiness Response

Ordered 2 cups from their website on November 30th,no acknowledgment of shipping as of yet, these were Christmas presents, their location is less than a hour from me,they still can't get my order to me,they seem to be able to charge my card in timely nanner,but not ful fill my order. On November 19, 2023 I placed an order with this company. I did not hear from them for a long time and started emailing them. Finally, I received an email stating my order was shipped. This was on 12/1/23. I had a tracking number. I tried tracking it. It has not moved. I contacted the carrier but they tell me the issue is with the company. Piper Lou Collection. I have tried emailing this company again and now the email comes back as no such email address.Business Response

I bought two cups in Oct. I received them on Oct 20th. I emailed them on that date because a lid was broken. I never received anything back. Finally after leaving a bad review they emailed me on Oct 25h stating that they shipped out a new lid. New order number *******. I keep emailing nothing back. It has now been a month later and still no lid or refund.Business Response

I placed an order for an item during a flash sale, 2 months ago and it remains unfulfilled, they seemed to have lost it in transit, they have responded to my emails promptly but they offer no remedy besides choosing another color and no follow up shipping information I used to order from this company more frequently and I do understand they have been unable to get some products but the customer service has been lacking lately and it's disappointing.Business Response

In 9/29/23 I purchased 2 drinking cups with laser engraving from this company. I received confirmation of my order and then I received information that it was shipped. When I received it on 10/11/23 one of the cups was missing. I never received any contact about the item being missing. Just confirmation that my order was fulfilled. I contacted them regarding the missing item. They did not offer me a refund on my order. They offered to replace the missing item with another item that was smaller or one of the same size with a different engraving. I told them I would accept the same sow cup with the same engraving in another color and they did not respond back. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company. They really should not be in business like this. I have filed a chargeback with my bank.Business Response

I placed order number ******* on 9/19/23 for eight 40oz tumblers. I purchased them as gifts for a girls trip for my sisters and their daughters. On 9/21, I received notice that my order had shipped. On 10/10, I received an email stating that "all of the items" in my order had been delivered. When I opened up the box (that was smaller than expected), I opened the box to see only half of my order. The packing slip had half of the items marked out. I made the first attempt to call the company. I have now made more than 10 attempts at different times of day. They pick up, a recording says that someone will be with me shortly. It rings for about 3.5 minutes, and finally a recording comes on and says they can't take the call. I have also reached out via their email address provided. I did get a response, sent them pictures of what I received, and was later informed that they were now sold out of what I have ordered. They offered to fulfill my remaining items with something half the size, and not similar to the product ordered. I have not heard back in 5 days at this point. Meanwhile, I continue to receive advertising via text and email about the new "sparkle 40oz tumblers". I asked for those to be supplied in leu of my actual items. Again, no response. I have sent follow up emails daily asking to speak to someone, and guess what? No response. I am trying to handle this issue in a professional manner, and not start posting on social media, but I will have no other recourse if this company fails to respond to my concerns. Was only looking to see items , ad stated buy one get two free I put in code then it charged my for 3 plus tax $ ****** instead of ***** I did not provide my billing info so not sure how they have charged me I object t to being charged when I was simply reviewing what the total cost would be. I ordered several cups from them around 6/16/2023. And when I received the email saying my order was ready to be shipped. It did not ship yet so they still had it. I opened my account and saw the color they were shipping was wrong for one of my cups. So I called them and asked them to fix this as it is wrong and hasn't shipped yet. They refused saying we can't it's already ready to ship.Business Response
