    Piper *** order 1952779.I ordered a personalized cup from this business on April 1st. I done business with them, over the years. The quality of their shirts has gone down significantly but, their cups were usually nice. I ordered a cup dor my best friend's birthday day, the last word - confirmed on my order and the receipt in the package that was received yesterday, 4/17, said "lie" - the cup says "life"I emailed them immediately, and I did hear back quick. The customer service was so poor that I felt a BBB complaint is 100% warranted.They ordered a new cup, made no attempt to rush and offered nothing for the severe i convenience. I will now be without the gift for her birthday, and I feel that, as a return customer of many years, I deserved ********************** *** to make an attempt to make me whole. I spent $39.99 on a product that was sent to me without being proofread and they, clearly, do not care that they made said error.

    I ordered three tumblers on December 30, 2022. I paid for them. I received a confirmation of my order via email, and have heard nothing since then. I gave them ample time, but after waiting over a month for communication, I emailed the customer service department twice last week. I asked for an update, and have heard nothing in response. I'm disgusted at having given my money to a company that has ignored me.

    Order 1/1 (#*******) my order has been sitting somewhere in your possession with a label created 1/16 with tracking label ************. This is ridiculous not only do the customer service reps clueless, the only information they give you is what I can look up myself via FedEx tracking. Each time I call it will take 1 to 2 business days. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. You all ruined my bestie birthday. I will NEVER order from you all again! Ridiculous

    Sometimes, the courier will pick up thousands of packages and a handful might not get scanned. Please allow a few more days for the tracking to be updated. Once the package reaches the first postal station, the tracking page will update accordingly with transit reports.

    I placed an order with Piper Lou on Nov 27th for 3 sweatshirts. Since Dec 14th it has said in transit but has remained in NC. I have reached out twice via email to the company with no response. I have tried calling with no one answering. I would like a refund. It has been over a month now.

    Extremely disappointed that I have yet to receive confirmation of shipping for my order (6 personalized etched tumblers) that was placed on Nov 30, 2022. These are gifts for the upcoming holiday and I will not receive. When ordering, it said shipping for personalized items could take 10-15 days. Even with waiting 15 days since order date, that has come and gone. I contacted via social medial, email, and chat function, and I’m being put off with just being told the or “order is in process.” I would like a full refund for the order that I have yet to receive and won’t be receiving in time for the holiday to give.     I placed an order on 12/08/2022 for $45.13 order # *******. They guaranteed delivery by 12/16/2022. The funds were removed from my account right away but I still have not received shipping info or the product. I have emailed them and called multiple times with no reply at all. After reading how many other times they have done the same thing I truly believe they are scamming people out of their money. I now do not have a christmas gift for my manager.

    I placed an order for Christmas gifts on 11/29. Received notification it had shipped on 12/5. By 12/19, I still didnt have order and the *** tracking info always said “en route” as if 12/5- no progress….upon talking with ***, discovered that while PiperLou submitted an electronic shipping, they never actually gave merchandise to shipper. Called PiperLou and they offered a 10% discount if I didn’t cancel order. 10% OFF FOR GIFTS THAT ARENT GOING TO MAKE IT WHEN ORDERED PLENTY EARLY! I don’t think so. They did say they will refund the money, so time will tell. But, this is NOT how you handle your customers with deceitful tactics and no customer service unless it’s demanded.

    Ordered 3 t shirts on 11/30/22 from Piper Lou. Still haven’t received any information regarding shipping. I reached out via email 4 days ago and still haven’t heard back. Need items for Christmas which seems like it isn’t happening at this point.

    I purchased (4) mugs from the online PiperLou store for christmas presents on 11/30/2022. one transaction in the amount of $42.94 and another in the amount of $12.95 for a total of $55.89. I attempted multiple emails to find out where my items were and when the would ship. Never once was an email responded to. I just want my money refunded ASAP!

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I would like to reiterate, I ordered November 30th. From that point till now I received ZERO communication from your company. Many emails requesting info on shipment to finally requesting refund. Still nothing. Now that I went through all the hoops to try and get my refund  you still went ahead and shipped them even though I stated in my emails that they were Christmas presents and if you couldn't get them to me in a reasonable time,  4 weeks from being ordered, I just wanted my money back. Your excuse of suppliers falls in deaf ears as if you communicated thisbi would have wanted a refund as well. Judging by the reposes online you do this to everyone who uses you. Many complaints on your social media pages. I refused your product. Left a note for ***** to return your items and not to leave the package as I told you in the emails I wrote but you never apparently read.

    I ordered from Piper Lou on 11/27/2022 and have gotten nothing but a run around about shipping. I have online chat emailed and tried to call them but the only answers I get is it’s going to mail next week! This is the same answer every time I speak with them. They already have my money but I have not product that I ordered!
