Placed order on 9 18 23 for a $3150 piece of equipment. The equipment never was shipped even though the website showed it as shipped. I contacted company a month after order and was told it was still being shipped. I repeatedly contacted the company, each time the shipment was immediately pending. In January 2024, I was told to "give them a week" and the shipment was coming. I have now learned that he company absconded with money from many loyal customers and that a criminal investigation is underway via the ******* ** ****************** Repeated phone calls go unanswered and media reports indicate that the company shuttered its doors quickly, although the website is still "Up".Customer Answer

I paid in full for a piece of equipment on December 14, 2023. I was told 10 to 12 weeks delivery. I have been calling and sending e-mails to the company for the last 2 weeks to check the status on my order but no one returned my calls or acknowledged my e-mails. I ordered a root grapple on 11-22-23. At that time the sales person told me it would be delivered in approx 4 months. Of course i paid in full when I ordered as that is how EA does it. I paid them $2668 on cc. I started calling them for a status update on 3-11-24 as nothing was updated on my account on their website. I've called about 10x over 3 days with no answer. I tried to leave a vm but their vm box is full. I noticed a BBB link at the bottom of their website so I clicked it where I see many, many complaints just like my issue from the last month or so, many stating they think EA has closed. I called the BBB covering EA's location in ************************* stated they have sent requests for response to the complaints to EA but EA has not responded. It appears EA is going to s**** those of us who trusted them to produce & deliver what we ordered and paid for in advance.Initial Complaint

Paid (in full) $4,215.35 for two tractor implements (a box blade and a land leveler) on 11/21/23, via PayPal, to Everything Attachments. It appears that nearly four months later that they have essentially gone out of business and are not fulfilling orders, nor refunding customers. They might have gone bankrupt.Initial Complaint

8/30/2023: Placed online order for 48-inch Land Shark Compact Box Blade for $1019.03 Ref: Order #****** 8/31/2023: Spoke with sales representative over the phone to confirm shipping costs. Representative advised twice there would be a four month lead time to manufacture the product to which I agreed. Company charged $325.23 for residential shipping. 01/29/2024: *************** checking status on order since it was coming on five months. 01/30/2024: Company replied they a "little behind" and that my order would be "out in next 2 weeks or so". 03/05/2024: 35 days after receiving response from company on 01/30/2024 with no indication of shipping. Sent email to company to cancel order and refund full amount. I also contacted my credit card company to file a charge back claim. CURRENT DATE: No response from company and no refund. I placed an order to everything attachments order number is ******, placed on 09/15/2023 at 08:34AM for $3,741.07. I ordered a Wicked 60 grapple for my tractor and was told it would take four (ish) months. I was ok with this because I am in ********** and need it in the spring for cleanup. However now we are going on six months and I cant get anyone to answer a phone or respond to an email. It looks like their ****** profile is closed but their website is still up to track order status and order equipment but no one is answering me. Paid for 72" 3pt. Aerator using PayPal on 10-9-23. Paid for metal cone 3pt. Seeder same time. Was called and told about delay after and to expect seeder soon and aerator February 2024. Seemed sincere and legit even though I should have probably been asked for a deposit only for such a long wait. Got a call in November about the seeder from another company asking if they could ship to me, I was on a list. They asked me for payment even though I had paid everything attachments already.I got ahold of everything attachments and he sent a refund the following day. I ordered a grapple for my tractor on September 6. As stated on the receipt, there was a 4 month lead time to build. on February 17 I called to see what the delay was and was told that it would ship in 3 weeks. Now almost 6 weeks later and I still do not have it and they do not answer phone calls or emails. I paid in full on the day of purchase. Now the company is on the news about shutting down.
