We signed up for JD Service Now's monthly maintenance program, which includes 2 preventative maintenance visits (one in the spring, the other in the fall). Each time the technician arrived on time, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They identified an item that although working, could lead to a problem down the road with the unit not working. I'm inclined to have preventative maintenance done vs. having to call for service when a system quits working. I like paying a small monthly fee for this level of service and appreciate working with service technicians who know what they are doing. Plus the documentation for the work done and things to consider for the future is excellent. I can highly recommend JD Service Now.JD Service Now
